I had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at this hotel. The whole experience—from the tranquil spa area, soothing massage, to the beautiful swimming pool and peaceful relaxation zones—was exactly what I needed to unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making sure I was comfortable. A special thank you to the kind waiter at breakfast—he went above and beyond and even made a special juice just for me. That thoughtful gesture made my morning extra special! We took HB. Breakfast was the same every day, but dinners menu were changed regularly. The hospitality level demonstrated by all employees was top rated. This relates to all categories of employee - looks like it is a business paradigm of this hotel. Your problems are solved, your concerns are eliminated, any changes on planned procedures are proceeded fast and without any stress. We stayed in hotel during Christmas/ NYE period where there are a lot of people enjoying SPA/pools facilities. Nevertheless, there were enough places in swimming pools and on benches nearby. Despite of winter time, there was very warm everywhere - in rooms, pools, lobbies and relax areas. It was very comfortable to move in bathrobes after procedures or thermal pools. There were plenty of parking places on territory.

Lots to see by bicycle or a short car drive in the local hills. Stay close to the station for easy rail journeys to Ferrara, Bologna, Padua, Venice .

It was a run down town that only catered to people wanting...

It was a run down town that only catered to people wanting to swim in the spa pools in the hotels. the hotels could have been placed anywhere including a city centre - the local surroundings were very residential and un-interesting.

Montegrotto Terme is the perfect place where any body can enjoy and relax during all seasons. Very friendly natives, excellent pools, best location to easily reach most beautiful cities of Italy like Venice etc. it’s very nice to make walks and bike trips.

Everything, it is a beautiful elegant hotel in a spa town that caters for a wide variety of guests who want to relax in a very warm swimming pool or take spa treatments. The staff were all unfailingly cheerful and helpful and the restaurant provided excellent dining at 35 Euro for four courses The owner is conspicuous every day making sure that guests are happy and that the Hotel is well run Excellent place for a rest in the sun or as a base for visiting Venice Padua and the surrounding National Park.

The buffet breakfast was very good, we had one evening meal which was a mix of a buffet starter and desert with a main course ordered from the menu with a very small choice. The room was comfortable and clean but did not have any tea or coffee making facilities. The hotel was very clean and well maintained with lovely gardens and plenty of free parking. The bus stop for Padua was just outside.

from the moment we arrived and walked though the small but beautifully laid out manicured garden we were in awe. The hotel is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The Easter displays were enchanting, and the staff were excellent.
