Gabriele and Elisabetta are very helpful and friendly. Their house is, as the name suggests, next to the little theatre which, unfortunately, had scaffolding all around and a couple of workmen lazily restoring it. The location is great and the house is very characterful yet modernised, well equipped and a few interesting books to browse.

Villa Anna is truly a special place where you immediately feel at home, surrounded by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfasts Chiara prepares are simply exceptional, with a variety of fresh, homemade products. Her strawberry tart, in particular, is beyond words—an absolute treat we won’t forget easily. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we would definitely stay with her!

We had a fantastic time at Fontecristina. I can’t imagine a more beautiful setting - the pool, garden and view are stunning. The apartment itself is exquisite. Krisztina and Lucio are the perfect hosts - they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, and gave us really helpful tips for things to do and places to go to. The apartment is in a great location to visit other areas. We took day trips to Rome, Perugia, Assisi, Siena, Florence and San Morino. It is also just perfect for lazy days around the private pool, soaking in the beautiful Umbrian countryside!
