Business Hotel in Tuscany. Clean nice rooms, very good bed mattresses, pillow memory foam. Coffeemaker and fridge in room. Workijng AC at 38C! Breakfast was Italian (limited choice) but fresh coffee made by human! Best value in August! you need to understand that this hotel is not romantic or with views! it's in municipaly area with schools, public pools and sport grounds (COOP next door)

Very lovely apartment with great attention to detail. All amenities provided, even a coffee corner with snacks for breakfast and basic cooking ingredients if we had needed it. Lovely village and extremely kind host. Francesca is very generous and helpful. A lot of great info on things to discover in the region is provided. Very comfortable apartment. Highly recommended!

Fabulous little apartment, in great quiet location of the very interesting, attractive town of Peccioli. The apartment has a lovely view looking north west towards Pisa, with a floor-to-ceiling open window / door where you can sit and watch the swifts diving about the church tower opposite (in the summer of course). Giorgio the owner met us and despite not speaking English or us not speaking Italian, he explained everything we needed to know easily, and in a super friendly welcoming way. The apartment has several nice touches - iPad for Spotify music, Alexa to control the lights, a selection of wines to purchase on a wine rack on the wall, a bar of chocolate, some Italian sweets, toiletries and a Lavazzo coffee pod machine with plenty of pods that lasted all week. Despite there being a sofa bed, the bed was extremely comfortable and my partner and I slept well. There was no noise outside, the air conditioning worked well and was so quiet you couldn't hear it at all. All in all, a fabulous little place in the heart of Peccioli, a Tuscan village that is trying to make its mark through its outdoor contemporary art, progressive mayor, innovative electric car transport scheme and most of all, very friendly local people who made us feel very welcome - especially Giorgio. Thanks Giorgio!

Every detail of the house was tastefully chosen. Super clean. Had everything for cooking. Lovely views from the second floor. Romantic atmosphere. The alley to enter the house, was the most beautiful scene from all the towns we visited.
