Our stay was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their attentiveness and remarkable attention to detail. We felt genuinely cared for every step of the way. The food was delicious, and the breathtaking views added a magical touch to every meal. We especially loved relaxing by the pool — such a serene and beautiful setting. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, with luxurious showers that truly stood out. Every interaction with the team was a pleasure — they were warm, welcoming, and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Without a doubt, this was the best customer service we've ever experienced. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. This hotel is a true gem — highly recommended!

We loved the design of the houses, the furniture, the pool and the view. Everything was very clean. You can definitely come here to relax! You even can order drinks and snacks all day long and boom a lovely breakfast in the morning or a tapas plate in the evening. Everybody is super friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect. Staff was helpful. Great location. Very tidy and well upkeeped place. Very nice and quiet place with beautiful surroundings and picturesque views of Tuscany.

It was very comfortable, in a restored historical house with a fully equipped brand new kitchen and washing machine. We only booked for one night, but we would stay longer in the future to explore the nearby Etruscan areas of Tuscany.

Have stayed in many (luxury) hotels worldwide, but nothing beats genuine hospitality !!! Fantastic hosts ! I had some very nice dinners and cocktails. Nice location for cycling, tasting wine, relaxing, ... Will be back for sure.

Locanda Fontelupa is hands down the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. From the warm welcome to the incredible attention from Giuska, Sharon, Olga, and the whole team – everything was perfect. The staff are so kind and genuinely care about making your stay unforgettable. We had amazing recommendations throughout our trip, and the food was just incredible – every breakfast, lunch, and dinner was delicious. The setting is stunning, the pool is dreamy, and the whole place has such a peaceful, special feel. We felt truly looked after and can’t wait to return. Highly, highly recommend – this place is magic.
