We loved our stay! This is an amazing and beautiful place with breathtaking views—the sunset is absolutely stunning! The staff here are wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and always providing excellent service. They made our stay even more special with their kindness and attention. And the food? Delicious! The hotel experience was fantastic! The property has a beautiful, natural exterior, but inside, it offers a luxurious experience. It features a spa downstairs and stunning rooms, complete with a living area and separate bathrooms. I especially appreciated that I could separate the sleeping area from the living space. The bathroom was wonderful, allowing for a great shower experience. The breakfast was also delicious, with options that you can order to your liking, including a wonderful traditional Tuscany breakfast. The location is very convenient, situated about 30 minutes from popular attractions, making it easy to explore by car. We truly enjoyed the fantastic facilities and look forward to returning next time.

Location was just outside a very quaint old village of San' Angelo with outstanding views of surrounding countryside with great trattorias in the village just a short walk to the village. The large backyard had nice seating areas to enjoy the olive gardens and the views. While the booking was without breakfasts, the host provided ample treats and the apartment was fully equipped with coffee maker, as well as full set of kitchen ware to cook anything. With prior communication, check in was right on time and the host and her father were very kind and helpful. We were very pleased to use this accommodation to explore this area of Tuscany, with easy access to Montalcino and Montepulciano.

We stayed here for our honeymoon after we got married in Umbria. We had a lovely two floor apartment with rooftop balcony, were welcomed by flower petals and heart on the bed and a bottle of Prosecco. Honestly, everything was amazing. The host is super helpful and kind, the breakfast healthy and lovely, the location is great etc. No need to look for other hotels, this one is likely the best in the area. Would definitely recommend it.

It was our second time at Giannetti B&B. It’s an amazing place to stay in Montalcino area. You’ll get in touch with nature and local culture. It’s pretty close to vineyards and to Banfi winery. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is also great and very well served. At night, local restaurants steps away worth a visit.

We absolutely loved our stay at Podere Brizio! It's a romantic, cozy, and very quiet place surrounded by the real Tuscan ambiance — vineyards, rolling hills, and that dreamy countryside charm. The room was very cute, clean, and perfectly cozy — just right for a romantic getaway. The placement is exceptional, giving easy access to the surrounding villages and wineries, yet it's peaceful and private. The staff was super nice, attentive, and really went above and beyond. Everything we asked for, they made it happen — from printing maps and planning our daily itineraries to recommending local food spots and hidden gems to eat. We enjoyed the romantic dinner on site, home-cooked food — authentic, fresh, and made with love. They are truly prepared to do anything to make your stay unforgettable. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and the typical Tuscan breakfast presentation was a lovely start to each day. We felt pampered, welcomed, and completely relaxed. This was one of our favorite stays ever — wonderful, relaxing, and filled with little details that made all the difference. We will definitely come back for sure!

It was really easy checking in: was given the code to the...

It was really easy checking in: was given the code to the keys, and a video showing exactly how to get to our accommodation. Leaflets/ notices inside were easy to follow and explained most of the questions we had. Eli was there to answer questions at any time and was lovely to talk to. The pool was clean, and quiet, and had an amazing view, with sun beds. The apartment itself was lovely and had fans to cool down. All utensils were provided, with a fridge too! It would have been nice to have a microwave, but didn’t stop me being able to cook anything.
