We had an amazing stay at this beautifully renovated hotel. The design is very stylish and welcoming. The breakfast was a highlight with a delicious and varied selection. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a wonderful experience. They even helped us to locate the nearest EV charger in the town.

We stayed for two nights in an attic room. The room, including the bathroom, had everything that we needed and was exceptionally clean. The service of all staff was excellent but Cristina, in particular, went out of her way to make us feel welcome and to ensure that our stay was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble!

The main reason what makes this Motel so good is the staff. They are such happy and caring people who will go above and beyond to ensure you have a good experience in Grosio. The breakfast was great with a good selection of food. The room was clean, beds comfortable. Couldn’t complain about anything.

Although we travel a lot, I don't remember staying in a better equipped apartment. It is a whole very large apartment, with absolutely everything you need for a stay. Water, juice and cookies/biscuits were waiting for us in the refrigerator on the table - a wonderful gesture of Sergio, the owner. Internet was GREAT! Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights because we had to move on to Lake Como. Friendly Sergio and his son explained everything to us in detail and was there for everything we needed (even info about Bernina). The apartment is phenomenal, but we are most impressed by the cleanliness and the fact that we had everything we needed (even cotton wool for cleaning makeup or baking paper in the oven). The only thing we lacked was a classic espresso coffee machine (we used a mechanical Moka Pot Italian espresso machine - Sergio kindly explained us how to use it, but I think it's still easier with a standard electric machine). Not only would we come here again if we visited this region, but we would recommend the same to everyone who planned to come and visit this region (close to Bernina train). I'm sorry that there is no rating 10 plus, because that would be the most adequate for this apartment. Also, the late check out was perfect! There were 5 of us (family - several generations) and we were all delighted.

It has been cleverly refurbished and the rooms were modern, neat and practical. The food was excellent and it was so nice to have a proper pillow! The restaurant was full in the evening and many seemed to be locals. That’s always a good sign. The pork shank was superb.
