This is a new Hotel. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. Barely a 5 minute walk to the sea front. The staff were amazing and always ready to help, including to find us a place in a beach lido. One important thing: take the hotel’s advice and ask them to book for you in advance a good place in a beach lido, as otherwise you risk not finding a place at all. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in ages at a hotel. It’s a la carte and serving some very authentic Sicilian food.

Absolute gem! Warm welcome, beautiful, high-quality interior design, wonderful art, great room with outdoor hot tub! Delicious breakfast! One of the best omlet's ever had! And of course fresh local orange juice :) We loved our stay and we will definitely recommend to others. Everyone was friendly and professional. Private parking was also a bonus.

We had a great time at this homely feeling hotel. It’s quite small with only a few rooms. The room we stayed in, however, was quite nicely sized for two adults. We also got to enjoy a big balcony. The whole room was quite modern from the wellness shower we were pleasantly surprised by to the Smart TV and touch control AC Unit. The included breakfast was good, it even had vegan options and I got to enjoy an Oat Milk Cappuccino for breakfast. The best thing, however, is the proximity to the beach. It’s just a few meters away from the property. I also need to tell you, that the staff was incredibly helpful and sweet with anything we needed. I will definitely be back.

We liked everything about this place. The architecture, artwork, rooms, sea views, location, food and the comfort and friendliness of the staff. The location is right on the beach, steps away from cafes and restaurants. This place is such a gem. My whole family loved this stay and couldn't say enough about it.

Maria and her husband were the loveliest people you could meet. Maria gave us a gorgeous Madeira cake on arrival and she brought us pastries during our stay that were part of their festival day. We also arrive v late and she immediately called the local restaurant and asked them to keep us a spot and she zoomed us down there in her car - what an amazing lady! The apartment is big, bright, clean, beautiful, modern, quiet and in a gorgeous little place where all the neighbours and people in the local shop were so friendly and kind. A top place to visit, gorgeous beach. Where locals go.

Maria and her husband were the loveliest people you could meet. Maria gave us a gorgeous Madeira cake on arrival and she brought us pastries during our stay that were part of their festival day. We also arrive v late and she immediately called the local restaurant and asked them to keep us a spot and she zoomed us down there in her car - what an amazing lady! The apartment is big, bright, clean, beautiful, modern, quiet and in a gorgeous little place where all the neighbours and people in the local shop were so friendly and kind. A top place to visit, gorgeous beach. Where locals go.

We were there at the end of September so whilst most things...

We were there at the end of September so whilst most things were open, it wasn't too crowded. The weather was brilliant: 25 degrees during the day and although we had some rain, it wasn't cold and blue skies quickly followed. There are plenty of restaurants in Mondello and the beach is sandy and clean. We were a short bus ride (only a pound) from Palermo and within easy distance of other villages and attractions.

Good temp in September and not too busy with tourists. Plenty of restaurants and bars. Great little green grocer/deli on the square where you could buy fab food, have a sandwich made or enjoy a wine and snack!

A roomy and well-equipped villa with all the facilities you need, including WiFi, a kitchen, washing machine, air-con, There were also parasols and folding chairs, and beach towels. The beach was only 10 mins stroll away and this is where we spent most of our time due to semi-aquatic grandchildren!. Riccardo, who looks after the villa, was a really helpful and attentive host. Mondello has plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance - the ones we liked were Raphael, Nico, Le Rocce and Sariddu. The owner of Sariddu claimed to be a Liverpool supporter (like one of our number), but I suspect this depended on who he was talking to! Things to see - the Duomo in Monreale. You can park just south of it, and it is jaw-droppingly amazing. Asis the Chiesa del Gesu in Palermo. We went to the BioPark Sicilia as well - great for children and most adults.

We went into town in the evenings for food. There are lots of choices. The restaurants were very touristy but still good. HUGE portions in most of them. Forget about finishing both a primo and a secundo.

A laid back easy going beach resort with BB Design very close to the beachfront and restaurants. Clean comfortable well maintained premises. A very accessible,engaged, knowledgeable and helpful staff. It has a welcoming feel. Highly recommended.

Very beautiful beach BUT 90% is occupied by umbrellas and beds to rent at 30€ per day for 2 persons....!!! There are beautiful houses to see but is only that.. there's gardage everywhere!! Honestly , ill never return to mondelo!! You can go for 1 or 2 days and you'll understand what im saying. But no more than that!! Dont spend your money there!! (go to cefalu, is very clean, beautiful and the beach is also very good and you have a lots of restaurants and shops)

The apartment is very well located between Mondello beach yet with ease and good proximity to get to Palermo and the airport equally. The host was very helpful and friendly and assisted us in booking our car rental which worked out very well for us. She also helped us with some things during our trip in a very obliging manner. The area felt very safe and was quiet at night which suited our young family.

Back yard is amazing, beds were very comfortable, very clean Kitchen is functionnal but a little bit lacking Owners are very nice and gave us free beers/wine/water and coffee pods Quiet (we booked in october) Appartment is about 5 minute walk from the beach and from 806 bus (to get to the historic centor of palermo) Overall I would book again for sure if I came back to mondello

Great location with sea view from the balcony. Dinner on rooftop terrace in sunset with sea view. Fine apartment. Beautiful Beach nearby and loads of cafés and resraurants. Bus to Palermo, no need for a car. Beautiful Nature reserve closeby as well as a hike to Mount Pellegrino. Great, friendly and helpful staff that fixed small problems with electricity immediately.

The location was great. 15 mins walk from the beach and 15 mins drive from Palermo old town. Suburban location with easy parking. The property itself is beautifully decorated with loads of space and a private outdoor seating area. Simona was a great host and would highly recommend the accommodation.

The location is amazing and the views are sublime. It is perched on top of a hill overlooking mondello beach and palermo. It is close enough to both locations, yet far enough to get away from all the hassle of the city. At night it is dead quiet with an amazing view.
