First time we have ever stayed in an apartment. It was so much nicer than an hotel. We could do what we wanted when we wanted to. Everything was spotlessly clean. There was a super big balcony. Washing machine. And the bed was humongous and very comfy. Not sure what you call the owner, hostess/landlady. She was lovely and because our vehicle was in the garage being repaired she even took us in her car to the supermarket and out to the local bars for a coffee a couple of times. It was a short walk to the train station and the town of Modugno

It is a cozy little town, but not exactly one that is full...

It is a cozy little town, but not exactly one that is full of tourists which may be a plus! There is a little old town nestled here and nice to walk around. The locals are very friendly but English is not well spoken. You'll need a translation app on hand all the time. I guess it's typical here that restaurants only open for lunch and dinner, except for some small cafes. Not a place for shopping for tourist, as i didn't even see souvenirs being sold anywhere!

The reservation through Booking.com in January 2022 was for...

The reservation through Booking.com in January 2022 was for a Best Western Hotel, which changed its name to HR in August. We were never informed of this change, which proved to be extremely frustrating. We were two tired travellers in a rental car without a GPS trying to find the hotel, despite numerous stops to ask people for directions. No wonder we (and others) were confused: the Best Western no longer existed. Poor communication on your part.

We stayed here for 1 night before flying out of Bari at the end of our vacation. Booked it for the closeness to the airport and was pleasantly surprised at our accommodation. Recently remolded, everything appeared to be new. Great Bed and big shower room and everything spotlessly cleaned. Could have easily stayed for a few days and have time to check out Modugno. Walked the streets in the evening and found a great restaurant to spend the last night of our hoilday.

New and modern studio located in the centre of Modugno, very close to its numerous bars and restaurants. Clean and functional. Very nice and helpful host. The breakfast is in the bakery next door, budget per person is 4 euros (you can have two croissants and a coffee for that, for a small supplement of one euro per person we had very nice pancakes).

It’s right in the middle of the beautiful historic centre of Modugno. Lovely rooms, very clean and our host Simona was very responsive and accommodating as our flight got in very late.
