We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Pian de Noci – it's set in a beautiful, hill-top, picture-perfect location that truly feels like a getaway. It is accessed via a short track that cuts across a vineyard. The setting is peaceful, scenic, and ideal for relaxing - with a good size, clean, swimming pool - or exploring the surrounding area - Mercatale is within walking distance and Florence just over 30 minutes drive. We also enjoyed visiting San Gimignano! Everything was just as described, and even better in person. We absolutely loved our beautiful spacious apartment (with a full kitchen!) amd our own private area to enjoy dinner al fresco! The team is absolutely lovely and they couldn’t have been more helpful! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing friendly Tuscan retreat!

Very cosy and modern place! The girls at the resepton extremely helpful and proffesional. We even had welcome drinks ! The breakfast is rich, tasty with enough dishes for every taste-homemade caces, fresh fruits and vegetables, salami and cheese. The Italians have learned how to serve tea, even had a variety of tea which suprised me a lot. The coffee is absolutely impecable, as probably everywhere in Italy. The room is very big and comportable, the linen is stunningly white. The parking place is free of charge, outside in the yard. If you prefer a quiet, cosy and relaxing place for a night or two I definitely recommend this place.

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this hotel was. Best possible place to discover Tuscany - all the villages and place to visit are 1h drive away. It felt like the movies with its out of this world views and surroundings. Very peaceful and quiet with a pool. Everything you would expect from Tuscany area you can find at this hotel. On the grounds was the best restaurant we went to in Italy. Just absolutely amazing.

The apartment is well stocked and spacious with good outdoor space. It is a walk up a hill to breakfast/ the main hotel so we had to drive due to having young children. The hotel saw it was my birthday during the stay and surprised me with a candle at breakfast which was very kind, thank you again! The wine and oil shop on site was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Fantastic location, beautiful garden and swimming pool, very good breakfasts. Helpful personell. Secured parking with cameras. Wine tasting, shop with own olive oil (superclass!) and own wines (of course Chianti) at the hotel. Classy restaurant with mega food experience 250 meters away.
