The hotels is absolutely impeccable! The rooms are very well maintained and extremely clean. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety and tasty options to choose from. Everything was well prepared and beautifully presented , making it the perfect start to our day ! The staff is incredibly friendly , especially Grecia at the reception, who is very polite and always ready to help with anything you might need. My friends and I were lucky enough to meet the owner and his wife as well , such kind and welcoming people. We had a wonderful experience and definitely recommend this hotel!!!

Easy to find from Napoli Centrale; good location, plenty of transportation and walking distance to Old Town. Staff is wonderful, I have no words to say how much we appreciate the kindness of Vittorio, Aldo and Cinzia. They were great, always patient and gave us several directions about places to visit, restaurants, pizza places. They were responsible for delicious daily breakfast, with some food made specially for us. Room is spacious, bathroom is really nice and modern. Don’t be afraid when you reach the outdoor building. After reaching the 2nd floor and enter the AuRoom you will fell at the paradise. Congratulations!

Great location, clean, recently and nicely refurbished, very spacious, and nice cosmetic products (L’Occitane). We spent 5 nights here and were quickly reaching all areas of interest in Naples and also the Garibaldi station to catch the train to Pompei and Herculaneum. The cleaning lady was also very nice and ensuring each time we saw her that everything was fine. We would definitely come back. Also, very clear instructions given by WhatsApp prior to our arrival.

I wasn't aware the Melito di Napoli wasn't actually a part...

I wasn't aware the Melito di Napoli wasn't actually a part of Naples. It boarders Naples, but isn't actually part of Naples, and because of that, Taxi drivers rip you off. I had one taxi driver tell me that because the drop off was outside of Naples, he'd be charging double the meter rate... For an extra 5 minutes outside of the city... It's just crazy. Also the area we were in was beat up and really sketchy. We weren't comfortable just walking around, even in the daylight. Avoid Melito di Napoli, and stay in Naples.

The property is located in the town center, convenient for private parking, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I found everything I needed: courtesy, comfort, and a generous breakfast. The room was clean, large, and heated. I highly recommend it, Luigi.

We didn't go to this hotel because we misunderstood the name...

We didn't go to this hotel because we misunderstood the name. We thought it was in Naples. We requested a refund immediately, but haven't heard back, even though barely 30 minutes passed between booking and requesting the refund. We've written to Booking.com and the hotel, but still no response.

The property was clean, warm and easy to navigate. However, what I will remember most about the property is the people. Over the years, I have stay in some very exclusive hotels. The level of courtesy, thoughtfulness and hospitality matched that of a hotel three times the price.

We only used the room to stay overnight before flying back home. For that purpose was good since it was about 12 min by car from the airport and free parking in the hotel was ensured. Staff was very helpful..
