Awesome place, far from the road, so you don't hear any cars passing by, very nice and comfortable place, beds were awesome, stayed for 1 week and dont regret anything, if we will go to the Italy again, definetly will choose this establishment. Personal are very cooperative, gave us a lot of inside information where is cheaper, better, parking spaces are free, train station time sheets and everytying what we would need. Overall great experience for country side establishment...

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel, big room, a quiet place, and a kind staff. It's easy to transfer to Venice by car, and yes, parking is free, and a lot of spots to leave your car and be calm. If decide to go back I will choose again this hotel.

Wonderful! The best hotel service in my life ( I travel a lot). It does not need a lot of words to describe. It was just perfect. The best combination of historical buildings and new technologies I have ever seen. The Staff are extremely professional with a huge passion for their job. Nice space around the building and impressive history of the villa make it the best solution to enjoy Italy and the high level hospitality. I don’t want to go back to Venice, but I will definitely go back to the hotel! It deserves the highest estimate possible.

What I liked most was that it was close to the airport "...

What I liked most was that it was close to the airport "Marco Polo" However trying to get anywhere by taxi is a rip-off. Taxi fare on average is $40 to $50 Euro to go 2miles or more. Its best to travel by bus or train but be sure to know a few words in Italian or you will be lost for sure. What I liked least was that getting to city center was not easy or inexpensive for those with any physical disabilities. However, if your plan is to stay in Marcon and not visit Venice, then it is great because you are close to shopping and restaurants.

A lovely, pleasant, and quiet village.

A lovely, pleasant, and quiet village. The locals we met were very welcoming; shops near the hotel and a good restaurant. A bit far from Treviso airport (60 euros by taxi, no bus) and Venice (you have to take two different buses, a 1-hour journey).

The location of the chosen place was very convenient, as both Treviso and Venice were easily accessible. The hostess's mother is a fantastic cook, by the way, so taking advantage of this offer is highly recommended.

I stayed over for a work trip and wasn't expecting much, but my hotel room was extremely comfortable and well kitted out. There was a large desk to work on and drinks in the room. Dinner was downstairs with a few options, I opted for the fish and vegetables which was delicious.

Very clean place, got everything without missing any tiny small thing in apartment. Owners are very friendly and professional, really care for guests and helped us a lot with guidance for Venice. I warmly recommend "Fondo Gioconda" and sure gonna stay there next time.
