We needed an overnight airport stay in Milan due to a late arriving flight, followed by an early flight out to our next destination the next morning. 2 families of 4.... staff on reception were super friendly with the kids, and the family rooms were a 30 second walk from the reception, on the ground floor. The hotel bar, serving meals till 10:00pm was also right there, so it was all super convenient for our group with fast check in, dropping our bags in the rooms, and being able to order drinks and dinner all within minutes. It's less than a five minute walk across the road from terminal 2. We stayed again a week later, when doing our trip in reverse. I thought the family rooms were amazing value compared to other hotels we have stayed at.

The hotel is conveniently located when travelling to ir from Malpensa airport. Parking is free. The staff was extremely nice, even prepared breakfast for our early leave at 6 am.
