I stayed at the single room for 3 nights. It was very spacious and clean. A/C was working properly. There was a mini fridge and a kettle in the room. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were very helpful and kind. I am very glad that I chose Mandello to stay in. It was not as touristy as Bellagio or Varenna. So it was ideal to have a calm, peaceful holiday near the lake.

Everything was absolutely outstanding. A beautiful location, wonderful hotel which is super comfortable. The staff all friendly and helpful. The rooms are light and spacious and the facilities generally excellent. The breakfast was among the best we have experienced and enjoying it outdoors with lovely view a real plus. I have to also say the restaurant is both reasonable and extremely good.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is written 2 stars but feels like 4. In short: very clean, appreciated the sanitary items from hansgrohe, all the necessary towels and very nice quality of soap and gel. At the restaurant on the ground floor we ate the tastiest pizza ever! The breakfast was delicious and with an extraordinary view of the lake. I felt that it is a family business and thanks to this, the costumer care is felt in every moment you ask something. Our incredible experience here in short. We checked out on the day of Liberation, when the bus wasn't running and we were about to miss the plane! we were so stressed!!! Couldn't find any bus or uber. The host was so empathetic that helped us with car to get to the train on time! That was incredible. The most hospitable Italians ever met! A lot of Big Thanks, Mauro!!!

Even arriving late at night from the airport, someone was there to greet us and personally escort us to our room. They specially provided hot water for our room. The next day, when our car had issues, they enthusiastically helped us communicate with the repair company. Throughout our stay, they were incredibly warm and kind, providing tremendous assistance for our trip. Wishing you all the best in your business!
