The apartment is very spacious, clean, nicely furnished and has a great terrace. Unfortunately, we only stayed for 1 night during a multi-day bike ride but I would have definitely liked to stay longer! The Italian breakfast was very tasty and Claudia is a great host. Definitely try dinner at the Antico Monastero!

Great location, 10 minutes from Casale and Vignale. The village of Terrugia where the hotel is located is quite nice as well. The staff is great, the breakfast buffet has all what you need, and I was offered to make me a hot beverage if the regular coffee in display was not to my taste. The dining room where the breakfast is is absolutely breathtaking, and has large windows on a very nice garden. The domain itself is quite large and has many nice views when you walk through it to get to your room. The rooms are quite specious. I had a double room and the bed was king size. My room even had a sunny terrasse. The bathroom is quite modern and has all utilities.

What a beautiful and calm stay - loved everything about the place. People were kind, the rooms were well equipped and regularly cleaned. The pool was a must with warm weather. Perfect place for relaxing and visiting small villages nearby. Bonus points for delicious breakfast including eggs from their own chickens and everything possible made out of hazelnuts from their own plantation.

Liked the terrace.

Liked the terrace. Did not like having to go through a bedroom to get to the bathroom, so not very private. There was no internet. Breakfast was basic and we were given industrial made biscuits and no offer of fresh juice and no extra coffee. No facilities to make a coffee or tea. Just a microwave.

As newcomers to the region, we were pleasantly surprised, not only by the charm of the Palazzo, but also by the beautiful location, the selection (and number) of restaurants, and the quality of the two that were recommended to us. Lu is authentic and charming, off the beaten tourist track, and the value for money is still excellent.

The small village is charming and well worth a visit.

The small village is charming and well worth a visit. It offers a complete change of scenery. A short stroll allows you to enjoy a lovely, timeless moment. Several restaurants offer excellent cuisine, inventive yet rooted in regional traditions. Finally, the locals we met were all incredibly kind and genuine!

The welcome was very friendly. We immediately felt at home.

The welcome was very friendly. We immediately felt at home. The owner's tips were perfect for our group. The tour of the exceptionally beautiful wine cellar with its secret passage was fantastic. However, you should book a wine tasting in advance and specify your preferences. The surroundings are stunning.

A very pleasant place with magnificent scenery, but not...

A very pleasant place with magnificent scenery, but not ideal for walking with a dog; there's no forest, just small paths. However, there's an excellent pizzeria with a warm welcome. There are also a few gourmet restaurants.
