Really lovely stay, large apartment in a quiet location, friendly hosts and amazing breakfast. They catered to bith vegan and gluten free, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay.

Strategically located, offering a warm welcome and easy access to local attractions. The house is conveniently located near the main highway to Como, Lake Como, and Switzerland, and the train station for easy access to Como, Lugano (Switzerland), and Milan (driving to Milan is not recommended because of many traffic restrictions). As a solo traveller, I had a delicious breakfast, including brews, toasts, salami, ham, cheeses, cakes, and yoghurts. The welcoming atmosphere, adaptable arrival time, cosy bed, and large room features were great.

Staff is kind, all receptionists and ladies at breakfast area. Location is perfect, near center, and near the train station. Room is nice, big. Breakfast is both savory and sweet things. Parking is in the underground garage.

Staff was very helpful. Especially Mary and Victor. Room with garden view so no street noise. Hotel little outdated but clean and decent! Good space to park. Basic but good breakfast. Location good for stopover or for a few days to explore the area. Hotel bar open till late and several restaurants nearby!

terrible accommodation, dirty and grubby with no air con. payment upo front not next day like every other hotel in the world ( i know why now!) 164 Euros a night the room was like a air fryer even though at reception they told me there was "air" in the room. room was unclean with dirt from previous occupiers. mold everywhere, décor, beds and furniture from the 1970 i stayed 10 minutes then run away. asked for a refund but was denied. went to another hotel near by for 100 Euro Dream hotel, air con, great parking ad excelent breakfast. do not come to this hotel!

Exactly as in the photos. Really nice decoration, spotlessly clean, in a very quiet area, just by Como next hub and walking distance to the train station. Bed is really comfortable.

We like the anex as we can park our car by the door of the room. Food is excellent and good position near the Northway junction. We have stayed here many times a great hotel
