On New Year's Eve, we arrived in Milan and went straight to the hotel. Everything about the hotel pleasantly surprised us. We were offered dinner, and shortly after, a rooftop party began with champagne and desserts. Everyone was eagerly waiting for the fireworks. The atmosphere on the rooftop was magical, and we absolutely loved it. Watching the fireworks from the rooftop was incredible – the whole of Milan felt like it was at our fingertips. The hotel was perfectly clean and comfortable, including the relaxing lounge area in the lobby. Our room was flawless. The breakfast, the staff – everything was at the highest level. Thank you for an amazing night at this hotel!

The hotel was about 5 minutes walk from the metro. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. 24hrs reception (Safe! I once had gone back around 1am, I just had to ring the bell and they’ll let you in. Unlike during the day, you can go in since the sliding doors are sensored). Free sweets (candies) by the reception. Unlimited water refill. There were free snacks and drinks in the room. The room I stayed in was spacious, it had a big bed, a desk, a TV, a cabinet, a safe, and a nice bathroom. Towels and toiletries were provided. There’s a laundry room, but requires payment, which wasn’t that much. Plenty of choices during breakfast; food (breads, pastries, cold cuts, eggs, fruits, etc) and drink (variety of hot and cold drinks). Huge dining area, with inside and outside seating. Seating area outside has a nice ambience. There were like meeting rooms/spaces for people who wants a bit of privacy. Loads of seats by the reception for people who just wants to chill.

Everything! The staff is very kind and nice! Special thanks to Savo Vulevic who helped me with many issues during my stay , always helpful and doing everything so easy and with the smile, but still very professional! I would also like to thank to Monica , she was also always extremely kind and friendly. The room was clean, cosy and I felt like at home. I loved the little perfumes they left me in my room, the breakfast was really delicious. The staff are very friendly. The room is comfortable, large and very modern, a pillow menu and comfy large bed. The hotel itself being converted from a perfume factory gives it a great vibe. Definitely visit the perfumery where they take you through all the perfumes and explain why and how they were created. Choose a perfume to remind you of your stay. The location is close to the Armani exhibit, the canal with lots of restaurants and easy to get around the whole city with the metro station close by. I really enjoyed my stay here.
