There was not one thing negative. The room was amazing, better than amazing. It was like sleeping in a stately manor.The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was any trouble they went above and beyond. Our whole experience is something we will never forget. This hotel was truly beautiful.

Beautiful little gem in a great location no 5 walking minutes from Lido S.M.E.! Even though it was renovated only recently, it fully kept it's 19th century charme. The rooms (and especially the showers :-)) weren't the biggest as you would expect from a mansion that has been converted to a hotel, but don't let that scare you as this hotel has something that no other one has: a view over northern Lido from a small tower-lile structure up on the building that is freely accesible from where you can also see the main islands! Plus the staff and owners were amazingly friendly: I asked them if we could have a birthday cake for one of our daughter's 9th birthday the day before her birthday and they baked a full-flegded cake in the shape of the number 9 just a day after! :-O We were all pretty amazed to say the least! So long story short: highly recommended for a stay in Venice away from the crowded main islands! Thanks again for your hospitality, hope to see you again soon! :-)

Absolutely gorgeous and authentic hotel in the middle of Lido, close to the beach and restaurants, outside the tourist paths. Incredibly friendly staff in the restaurant and front desk were happy to talk to all the guests and share interesting information about the hotel's history and Venice. Lovely breakfast!

Location was perfect. Both the beach (5 mins) and the vaporetto stops (15 mins) were in a short walk distance. The Hotel is very comfortable and quiet. Staff was helpful and kind when we had questions. Parking is available, the ferry is not far away. All in all we had a great time during our stay.

It was a perfect stay. New, modern, clean, well equipped, very nice staff all the time - on reception, at breakfast, bartenders, everyone. Great breakfast - big choice, food continuosly refilled. Great location, few steps from vaporetto, plenty of restaurants around and if needed also possibility to eat at hotel as well. Thank you all, we really enjoyed it!

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! Very friendly and helpful staff, peaceful and safe location, and great connection to Venice’s main attractions – just a short vaporetto ride to St. Mark’s Square. Staff were fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Maybe some people would think living on Lido whilst visiting Venice is too far away, but it's perfect location as everything is in a walking distance, including vaporetto station. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The view of the sea from our window was incredible! Bed is really comfortable and bathroom is very clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
