The property is beautiful. The staff is fantastic. Located close to the Center (an 18 minute pleasant stroll). Villa del Cigna offers you comfort, kindness, and beautiful rooms. Truly, the interior is gorgeous. Breakfast is fantastic and recommended at least one day of your trip. There is private parking on the property. There is also outdoor seating for you if you want to lounge outside when the weather is fine.

Absolutely great accomodation in a nice and calm part of the town, bit on the outskirts, but it’s a nice 10-15 minute walk to the center. The place is nice and clean, the bathroom and kitchen especially looks like they were redone very recently. Great parking inside the complex of apartment buildings behind an automatic gate. Thinking of coming back again.

A cute place, for me it was all about via ferrata, which you can find plenty around and everything is reachable by bus and feet. Not much to do in the city, but also not as busy as the neighboring Como, but with pretty much the same (if not better) scenic views and easy access to mountains for hiking and climbing.

Lecco is in the south part of Lake Como, but from almost all the cities that we look around the Lake, apart from Bellagio, Lecco is the most picturesque because the mountains chain in the Background. Is simply breathtaking. The city itself has nice restaurants, stores and the walk around the lake is fantastic. Is served from a Train station the reaches Milan and the airports in few times, make it easy to depart and come from overseas. The ferry boats have a fantastic service, and people are nice and helpful. Loved Lecco!!!

A beautiful town on the shores of Lake Como. Plenty to do and the town has excellent amenities. The promenade along the side of the lake is fantastic but the old town a few streets in is also great to wander around.

Lecco in my opinion, is a nice cheaper alternative to visit...

Lecco in my opinion, is a nice cheaper alternative to visit lake Como, with just enough things to not get bored. The center of it is nice, although if you go a bit more to the outskirts its industrial and not so nice/welcoming. A must is to take the cable car to the mountain and hike and take a boat trip to somewhere like Mandello del Lario.

I've seen many villages around Como Lake and still find Lecco great - conveniently located, with everything you need. There are lots of lovely trailing tracks around, possibility to get in 30 minutes with a local bus to ski slopes. And there was the carnival going on!

We arrived in the city during the Christmas market.

We arrived in the city during the Christmas market. We loved the romantic atmosphere around the harbour with the sun setting and the historic city centre with its beautiful Christmas decorations and great selection of romantic restaurants. Amazing Italian breakfast with coffee and brioche standing up.

The room is quite big and the view is beautiful, the window is face to the river side. evening e-very quiet and good sleep. the breakfast is very delicious and lots of choice. the location is wonderful, I will stay this hotel if next time visit Lecco.

What a gem of a hotel! totally exceeded my expectation. Great cafe downstairs with a great team of staff that were so accommodating. We were so enamoured with the location and the view that we immediately enquired about an upgrade to their best room and were accommodated at little cost.

We had a lovely stay at Villa del Cigno. Vivianna was very friendly and welcoming and always happy to help. The room and bathroom were spacious and cleaned to a high standard and this was one of the best stays on our tour through Italy.
