WoW , what a great place. Brand new and very clean and modern. And our host Walter was extremely helpful. I had a bad knee injury the previous day and 30 minutes after our arrival Walter took me to the local physiotherapist. Afterwards I had to go to the hospital and he even offered to go with me there, but I managed alone. He helped us with the suitcases and provided ice for my knee. Amazing host. Wifi is excellent. Breakfast is very good, with fresh croissants, bread and great coffee. Room is quite large, with a balcony and a nice view of the countryside. It's easy to find by car, entering Mesiano. It has a lot of space for parking - even with cover from the sun. It's a great location to visit Tropea and Capo Vaticano. I would give an 11 if possible. Mille grazie ! Will most surely stay here again when visiting Tropea.

Hospitality. Very good communication and flexibility (we arrived late). Comfort, the beds were comfy and large and we rested well. Design and quality of furniture and decor. Rarely you can stay in such a well maintained hotel. It is new and feels luxurious. We well well taken care of. Thank you.

The house is located on a slope in olive groves, where cicadas are constantly singing. This is a great place for family vacations. We lived on the first floor in a spacious two-room apartment. Each room has a very comfortable double bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking, there is a fridge, an induction stove, an oven, a kettle, a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron. We stayed in the apartment for 9 days, during which time we had 1 change of bed linen and towels. There are enough towels, 3 of different sizes per person. There is a restaurant next to the house. Very tasty local food and wine.

Excellent restaurants near the B&B.

Excellent restaurants near the B&B. Grocery stores with authentic food nearby. Host Walter is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, a car is necessary to visit the area's most beautiful places and go to the splendid beaches. Highly recommended.

Disappointed to be on the side of the road and lacking in...

Disappointed to be on the side of the road and lacking in charm, more like a motel than a B&B, which doesn't detract from the welcome and cleanliness, but insufficient soundproofing from the reception and breakfast room. The main advantage is its proximity to the superb Tropea site for sightseeing and swimming.
