This exceptional mansion / boutique hotel is in fact a restored 17th century farm, with a gorgeous garden. The hosts, D'Angelo family, owns also L'Ancora (since 1977), a seafood restaurant in Giulianova, and is actively involved in running the hotel and restaurants. During our stay we were lucky to be the sole clients, so Gianpiero and Gianpaolo have pampered us beyond words. For the restoration, Gianpiero employed the services of Castiglia Associati (we are huge fans of Sergio Castiglia) and together have refined and imprinted a balanced and clean but yet luxurious style to the ensemble. From the restaurant menu, using local bio produce, with Chef Eugenio 'Genia' for dinner or Gianpaolo D'Angelo for breakfast to the comfortable ambiance of the rooms - Rivolta Carmignani bed linen, Dorelan mattress and high-end design the effect is spectacularly cozy. The actual feeling is that you never left home. We recommend also L'Ancora restaurant, even if you don't eat seafood, because Gianpiero and his family will cook some signature dishes especially for you. We can't wait to return here!

Very nice hotel, newly built, and it feels very fresh. It is maintained well, and provides a lot of in-house facilities (such as kitchen in the room dishwasher, microwave inside the room; swimming pool (indoor and outdoors) & spa available at the hotel). I was visiting outside of the season (beginning of October), and the value for money ratio of extremely good.

Everything was amazing! Great location, just one step to sea. Great hotel service. cleanliness at the highest level. But the most wonderful thing was the food, excellent Italian cuisine! First of all it was about 12 minutes from the train station, very easy to access.Upon our late arrival,we met a lady whom i believe is the owner and she was very accommodating and warm from the get go,easy check in. Very clean place(this part had me the happiest because who doesn't like clean environments).Later went downstairs,from the lady we got recommendations of restaurants which we tried out and they were excellent.The breakfast was amazing too,by the pool.The highlight of my stay has to be today morning, had an early check out to catch a train to the next destination,7.30 am .I found the lady owner at the reception. She asked about our stay which i said,excellent. I went on to say,we need to run along,she went out of her way to pack some biscuits,pack of sweets for me and cakes,some apples even wanted to offer us take away coffee.What a motherly gesture,i felt like i was home really appreciated the kindness. one more thing the cleaning lady,who cleaned our room please give her a raise,her order,precision and dedication to her work,she wowed me by how newt was our room was upon cleaning.
