Wonderful stay in an outstanding small hotel, in a quiet village, set amongst magnificent scenery. Oscar and Roberto showed us fantastic service and hospitality during our stay, including two excellent meals in the restaurant. Highly recommended.

Incredible View! Can enjoy from dining area as well as balcony. Very comfortable bedroom, quiet and we slept well. Nice bathroom. Very helpful friendly owners. We enjoyed being in the small town of Lajen - our week stay came with a transportation card so we could take the bus to Ortesei - nice to hike Seceda or hike post route back with a Hutte stop for lunch. We drove early to Compatsch (about 50 minutes) to hike Alpe di Siusi - but could do with bus pass.

Great location, close to the ski resorts, also a ski bus nearby. Bakery, butcher and market within a walking range. Appartment was spacious, very clean with very nice views. Beds are very comfortable and cosy. Our host Karin was very kind and helpfull with all the information needed. Will come again for sure.

Funtnatsch Hof is a unique and beautiful property and location, the ever changing balcony view is exceptional, the building and facilities are without any fault-totally beautiful. Vehicle garaging is also available. St Pietro is a short drive away and has essential services and free parking. A week of free bus travel was provided, Osterlei provided nearby interest and superb mountain walking opportunities. Walks into the mountains directly from Funtnatsch Hof provide a relaxed day, good food and drink at the Mountain Hutte's. You would not regret staying hear if peace,quiet and the mountains are your attraction. PERFECT!

The Apartment itself , newly renovated and so comfort, the host arranged the mobile card for the whole stay which has the free access in public transport and the area surrounding are easy reachable for all the tourist places within half an hour by car. Laion is a lovely little town, quiet and cosy.

Laion is a lovely little town, quiet and cosy. Several restaurants and a shop are available, but all the surrounding villages are easily accessible by car. There is a ski bus to the ski slopes, but you can also get there quickly by car. It's not crowded, it has an authentic atmosphere for those who don't like crowds and want to enjoy real country hospitality. Last but not least, don't miss the pizza in the bar near the sport field :)

It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet area, far from the noise of the city, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation. The surroundings were beautiful, adding to the charm of the place. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and the necessary amenities. The breakfast included bio products from the farm. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

The host Giovanni was extremely helpful and went out of his way to provide local information about where to eat , buy food and see the best of the sights. He went out of his way to help us find our way after dark to the accommodation. The views from the hotel were breathtaking. Parking was easy. The apartment was spotless and obviously had been recently renovated! Would highly recommend this stay so long as you have a car. The hotel is in a beautiful village of Laion.

Patrick and the rest of the staff were fantastic hosts, offering me a room upgrade and a beautiful setting to relax and refuel after a few days hiking. In addition, you also receive a public transport card for free travel on the local buses which was very useful. The hotel's multiple saunas and swimming pool are in great condition and I was the only one using them in the evenings which was delightful.

I was definitely worth every penny spend. The house is located quite on top of the mountain thus the view is absolutely lovely. It was quiet and your privacy is ensured. Definitely would stay here again if we come back to Laion

The hotel and staff were amazing. The hotel was incredibly clean, the beds and bedding very comfortable and the spa/sauna was a huge bonus as well as the pool. Breakfast was excellent. Overall we loved our stay.
