Really enjoyed staying here. Great location in Rome, feels safe and super close to popular shops and the Vatican. Also very close to the metro stop so made it really easy to get to. The bed was comfy, everything was nice and clean, great little kitchenette. I didn't meet any staff but the host was so helpful, lovely and responsive over WhatsApp, even taking the time to provide me with lots of tips and suggestions for places to eat. Also kind enough to offer for me to leave my bags there the next day, which was incredibly helpful as my flight out of Rome was not until 11pm that night! And no rush in the morning with check out or breakfast.

The thing I liked least was the internal environment. It was smelly and unhealthy... The heating, the staff in particular (the person who notifies me of the check-out time in the morning was very arrogant).

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station. From Rome, the train costs €1 and takes about 30 minutes. It goes directly to the Vatican, avoiding the hustle and bustle of the city. There are two restaurants in Giustiniana, but we preferred to eat in Rome.

A great place to spend the night, a little far from the center of Rome but with its own transport to the metro station, which is wonderful. During the summer the pool must be amazing. I went in the spring and it was empty. All the staff were very attentive. I recommend it!

Beautiful environment, very relaxing. Restored farm converted in good taste as a hotel with restaurant, parking secure and within the complex. Host or staff friendly and helpful. Pet friendly, we felt cared for and welcomed. Views of a rural typical Tuscany landscape with tracks to walk. Feeling of past agriculture activity, lovely views, peaceful. We’d go back if on the same travel route again.

The property might seem far from Rome on the map but trust me it’s only 20-25 minutes by train from all the tourist attractions and train ride was so cheap and affordable. We got to stay in such a calm and quiet place away from the hustle and still so close to everything. Annie and Luca are the nicest people and were always just one call away for anything we needed.

Awesome site all surrounded by nature. The landscape is fascinating. Lots of animals as well. Very cosy rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice hotel staff. Also there is a great restaurant called Wild West and they make delicious food. Highly recommend

Very good and kind service and staff. Quiet location, but easy to get to the train station. To get to Rome (San Pietro Station) it only costs 1 EUR and the train service is really good. Lot of restaurants in walking distance.
