Beautiful setting with expansive views. Room was large and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and even when there is a language barrier they were really happy to help us. Very delicious food served in the evening if you book dinner. The owners in particular are very friendly and go out of their way to check everything is going well for you.

Good base to explore all that southern Sicily has to offer. Spotlessly clean villas with a well considered internal layout and equipped with everything you can possibly wish for. Each villa has their own bbq, eating area and hammock. Beautiful pool with shallow area which kept us from the beach as it was such a relaxing place to spend time. Host Gislene is on hand as you need, whilst giving you privacy. Shared her local knowledge on best beaches, restaurants etc… Secure gated entrance, with ample parking under solar panels. Nearest town Pozzalla has plenty to offer if you prefer not to drive too far.

This home is truly wonderful, perfectly situated close to everything. Gorgeous beaches are just a few minutes away by car. The house is equipped with absolutely everything you might need, and the host is the kindest and most responsive person we've ever encountered. Antonio was incredibly helpful, providing us with constant information throughout our stay, sending detailed descriptions and locations of nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and beaches. An absolutely amazing place! Thank you for the warm hospitality! We would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for families with children.

The room was situated in a beautifully restored period house near the historic centre. It was exceptionally clean, tidy and comfortable. Aldo, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and always available should we need anything, we had a really lovely chat with him. Even in winter, the property is so well insulated that we didn't need to turn on the heating; the duvet was perfectly enough for a comfortable night's sleep. For those who need to cook, the kitchen was very well equipped with practically everything you might need, including a moka coffee maker. A quiet and comfortable place to stay in Ispica.

The town is quite peaceful, and you can easily reach the beautiful and clean beaches of Santa Maria del Focallo, as well as other areas along the Syracuse and Ragusa coasts. It's very close to Modica, Noto, Marzamemi... and the Caveau pizzeria is also highly recommended. (Go by car)

I used this location in 2018. I definitely returned.

I used this location in 2018. I definitely returned. Clean, with fabulous breakfasts. My only advice would be to install air conditioning in the kitchen, which gets very hot due to the large windows.

Ispica is strategically located, allowing you to discover many other beautiful surrounding areas, including Modica, Noto, Scicli, Ragusa, Syracuse, and more! Ispica is a beautiful Baroque town, with many churches, its "Cava d'Ispica" quarry, and the "Forza Park"—worth a visit. I highly recommend it! 👍👍—not to mention its beautiful sea, Santa Maria del Focallo.

This marvellous house was the best accommodation we ever had in Sicily! Super clean, with original timeless furniture and quality mattress. We also appreciated free sweets & water &juice&menthol drink.) We enjoyed morning breakfast& and during evenings a glass of wine on a wonderful terrace. Placed in a quiet area, short distance to central square, 10minutes by car to the nearest sandy beach. Parking free on the street. Everything was perfect!!!

The staff couldn’t be more helpful . They want to give you everything you ask for even trying to understand other languages. The host was amazing and went out of her way on many occasions to help us with everything even calling in a friend to translate . The place is spotless . The pool was divine so clean and often had it to ourselves as guests were out. Highly recommend so much nicer than staying in Pozallo.
