The place is amazing. A centuries long abandonned building has been carefully rennovated to become a beautiful special place. Everything is done with an eye for detail. Owners are very friendly and responsive. The room is spacious with comfortable beds and bedding and a large, well laid out bathroom. The spa is beautiful and special. The communal space is cosy with tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. There is prosecco available to buy. We had the triple room, which comes with a very cute terras. The property is located in a nice old village with several good little restaurants and a good selection of shops. We truly enjoyed a special stay.

Wonderful B&b in the heart of the atmospheric old town Filetto. Our room was spotless and very comfortable and Sarah met us in the morning with an amazing breakfast. Really recommend breaking the walk here if you are doing the Via Francigena
