The house is perfect in every sense, the attention to detail by the hosts is impeccable, apart from being super clean, they left us extra towels, toiletries, and even gave us a whole bowl of fruit and some more food, milk etc. Parking is easy in front of the property and whilst close to pisa it is a really quiet location

We stayed in a suite that was very spacious, beautiful and had a large terrace. There was a separate Jacuzzi room in the room, where you could take a nice bath and enjoy champagne. The hotel has a very beautiful courtyard with a fountain, sun loungers and a seating area. The parking facilities are very good on the hotel grounds. Breakfast was simple but everything was there. It was a 5-minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable with good quality pillows. The room had a fridge but you had to pay extra for use of a Kettle. WIFI signal strong. Shower had good pressure and towels were large and fluffy. The location was great, just 10 min walk to attractions turning right out of hotel to a path running alongside rail tracks, then underpass to other side. There is a supermarket close to the underpass and Pisa attractions just a short walk from there. The free parking was a bonus, located at the rear of property and is secured at night with pin access. Breakfast was good with a selection of meat, cheese, yoghurt and pastries. Aircon worked well.
