We absolutely loved our stay! The house has a warm and cozy atmosphere, surrounded by nature, we had the most incredible view for our breakfasts :) Signora Gigliola was incredibly kind and attentive, she prepared fresh, delicious breakfasts every morning. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to recharge. Her recommendations helped us experience the area in the most meaningful way. We left rested, full, and truly grateful. Hoping to be back someday! :)

This hotel is seriously underrated and absolutely exceeded my expectations! The location couldn’t be better — only about 200 meters from the main square, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The room was bright, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean — every corner of the hotel was immaculate! You can really feel the owner’s care and attention to detail in every element, from the décor to the maintenance. The small courtyard is lovely and full of Italian charm — exactly what I dreamed of when visiting Italy. Everything felt fresh, elegant, and well taken care of. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise — absolutely amazing! There were plenty of choices, and everything was delicious. The bacon and pizza were among the best I’ve ever had. The restaurant staff were responsible, busy, and efficient, always keeping everything tidy and replenished. You could feel the positive energy in the morning! The hardworking, cheerful owner also came by to check on the breakfast area — such a nice personal touch that made the whole experience even warmer. This place truly embodies the spirit of Italian hospitality — friendly, thoughtful, and full of life.

What a wonderful stay, the warm welcome, the fabulous upgrade to their best room for our wedding anniversary, the excellent staff especially on reception who couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The hospitality, the design, the functionality and the atmosphere were all perfect and we will 100% be visiting Areadocks again. Oh and the Oriental Japanese restaurant was incredible especially the service from Juan. And the spa was also amazing. We have a private hour in the spa and it was heavenly. Do yourself a favour and book a stay here asap x
