Arrived early but room was ready and we were allowed to check in immediately. Coffee offered on arrival. Location excellent for visit to Brescia. Close to metro and short walk to center. Very friendly host. Allowed us to store luggage on checkout until later in the day.

This is a quite a unique and exceptional experience. Areadocks is not only a hotel and restaurant but a furniture store, clothing store, bar, pasticeria with multiple restaurants. If you want a bit of hip in your life this is the place with great service, an extremely comfortable room and very warm and friendly service. Very quiet and fantastically comfortable beds with well appointed bathroom and lovely toiletries. We are over 60 and thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would without hesitation recommend it. Make sure you have at least 1 trendy outfit to wear at one of the four restaurants or you will look out a bit out of place. And make sure you have fun with it.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Location of the hotel is perfect - 10min to the train station and 5- 10 min walking to the main squares/main places of interest. The hotel itself looks really nice / we liked the design - colours; room was very spacious, cosy, modern with a charm,; even had a fridge, which is huge plus; bathroom was very modern and great size. Maybe proper wardrobe would have been nice in a room, but overall- honestly, we didn’t expect such a luxury 3 ⭐️ hotel . We loved and were impressed on Brescia too, so we will be back and without a a doubt will stay again at this hotel. No need to look for any others. It’s perfect! Thank you very much.
