Words can’t describe how perfect this place is. Quiet location, clean pool, delicious food and very helpful and friendly staff. We couldn’t ask for more. It’s the place we were dreaming about and looking for: old fashioned vila with an amazing Tuscany hills view around. You pay a very small price for such an amazing experience. We are so thankful for the hosts and staff, they work so hard to keep their guests statisfied and happy. Cannot wait to get back there someday!

We loved everything about the place...We received a very warm welcome from Anna and Serena, who were lovely and were available the whole holiday for any advice or practicalities. The Villa itself is a WOW ! it is so peaceful. You feel like you are stepping into history and it has such great views over towards the coast and surrounding areas. The whole place is kept clean, the pool area is brilliant and the gardens are extensive, with lovely little areas to sit and have a barbecue or just pass the time. The Villa is also just a few steps away from Guardistallo village with its lovely Restaurants and Bars (thoroughly recommend MASA Bistro, great food and cocktails). We will be recommending Villa Elena to our friends. Thanks Again for a wonderful stay !

Staff -especially wonderful and always helpful Elizabeth. Thank you for your attention and care you put in your daily work. It is remarkeble and recommended. Pool and its clean condition every day ! Fan in the room ! I can hardly imagine life without its functioning. Rooms are equipped in very basic stuff, refigerator and fridge worked well, but the groundfloor rooms were quite dark, so we spent most of the time outside. Very nice and easy to comminicate cook ! Good and eadible stuff to order at the restaurant. Other families and guests very nice to each other. Young kids and some dogs - all ok, not disturbing.

This place had all of the essentials for a restful holiday. it isn't luxurious but extremely peaceful and relaxed. It was perfect for us. it"s a 25 minute drive to the dog beach. All kinds of restaurants and villages are very close. We weren't looking for nightlife, we just enjoyed the stars and our dog enjoyed his freedom within the safety of the vast fenced property.

The road leads to the hotel is a little bit wrong and 5 km long. But the hotel is really wonderful, with very kind hospitality and good kitchen. There is nice possibility to have swim, countryside around is lovely. You can have rest here, like in some famouse films made by Holywood. Worth to try.

Beautiful, very characteristic village, as are Casale Marittimo and Montescudaio... typical little shops... good food/wine and excellent restaurants. Excellent location both for a seaside holiday and for various excursions... Volterra and San Giminiano are not that far away.

A haven of peace, relaxation, and tranquility. The apartments are nestled in a beautiful, well-maintained pine forest. They are very spacious, with a large bathroom with a window and a comfortable bed. We were on the ground floor, with a lovely porch equipped with a table, chairs, and loungers. Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly.

Breakfast was ample and constantly replenished. The property was very clean. The staff were always very friendly from morning till night. To make it even better, the apartments could have air conditioning. However, you get used to the temperatures after a longer stay.
