Filippo was an incredible host. Made us feel very welcome. His story about how he started wine making is remarkable. And his wine is absolutely delicious. The Chardonnay was top class which we got to taste at the wine tasting. Francesco the chef was superb. The food he made was by far the best Sicilian food we ate on our whole trip. If we asked for anything, he obliged. Nothing was a problem to either Filippo or Francesco. We did the cooking class with Francesco and that was incredible. We learned about all the fine details that go into Sicilan food. I would highly recommend both the wine tasting and the cooking class. All the produce from the farm is organic, so no headache the next day after the superb red and white wines! The room was pristine and the whole farm is set in a truly idyllic place. The views are stunning. The road to the farm is a long one with some rough patches of surface but it is all part of the experience. I would highly recommend Tarantola to anybody!

We spent one week in Sicily and everything was absolutely perfect. The owners are very kind, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, functional, and fully equipped and the property very peacefulness. The swimming pool is large, very pleasant, and perfect for relaxing. The owners gave us a warm welcome and even recommended great places to visit and beaches to enjoy. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay — definitely a 10/10 experience! I highly recommend 100%. Hidden away in olive groves and fig trees. A little oasis run by a caring young lady. And clean tidy rooms with lots of space and state of the art technology. Smart TV, superb Aircon and a really integrated electrical and locking system. You don’t expect this in this rural setting. Breakfast was great too. Abundant and delicious with fresh figs from the garden.

We stayed at Relais del Sole for 6 nights and honestly loved everything about it. The house is beautiful, the pool area is perfect for relaxing, and everything was really clean and well kept. Breakfast was great too, not just sweet, but also savory options, which we appreciated. The whole place has a very calm vibe, and it's just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It’s also close to lots of great places to explore, like Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello, San Vito Lo Capo, and the Zingaro Nature Reserve. Palermo and Segesta are also not far. Please note that having a car is a must to get around in the area. The host was super helpful and always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. All in all, it was a nice stay. We'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a peaceful getaway in Sicily.

I liked everything! It was the perfect place to be in Castellammare del Golfo! The place is Amazing and the location of the hotel is excellent. I loved the attention and wonderful disposition of all the staff. They were all very helpful and "troppo gentile". The reception people were Awesome and totally helpful at all times (Grazie mille in modo particolare a Nicolo' e Gabriella) Excellent breakfast, lovely people for breakfast, very well kept rooms, thank you Vita, all in all it was an exceptional stay xxx
