The owner was excellent, the most helpful person around. I could not help her enough for supporting us when our bus connect didn't work out. Place is very clean, bed is comfortable, air-conditioning works perfectly. I loved that it is within the walking distance from the airport (30 min walk, I did it both ways with my 9 year old).

The stay at Marina apartments went smoothly and the host Giovanni was very helpful and greeted us at the agreed time. We did not miss anything during our stay. The apartment was clean and each room was equipped with air conditioning and wifi. The beds were comfortable enough. A fully equipped kitchen was waiting for us, cleaning products and an ironing board with an iron were also available. On site we could use a parking space on the property. The location of the apartment - Grassobbio is a good base for visiting the nearby attractions of northern Italy. A café, pizzeria or farmacy are all within walking distance, and you can reach the shopping center or airport by bus in just 20 minutes. I definitely recommend stay at Marina apartments.

The bed was comfortable and the toilet was really great. Just as you see on the photos, easy check in and check out. The proximity to the airport was key in my choice so if you're looking to walk from this place to the airport it's very doable even with heavy luggage.

The property was spotless clean and the host provided coffee and biscuits for a snack on arrival. The self checkin is fantastic as you are not restricted to specific checkin times. The property is very close to the airport, which you can walk in 15 minutes, the host provides a map. Good location, close to the airport and shopping centre. Hotel is offering airport/hotel transfer €5 per person. Very good breakfast and nice restaurant for dinning in the evening or bar where you can watch football while having a drink. Very nice staff. Double room has good size, clean, nice bathroom. This was my second stay and I will stay again in this hotel.

Beautiful quiet safe location!!

Beautiful quiet safe location!! I had a late night arrival and felt completely safe walking around the town at 11pm. Hosts were very pleasant accommodating people. Would rather stay here and travel into the city by day to sightsee than actually pay twice the price for inferior accommodation in the city. Buses were cheap and frequent. Would love to return here.

We spent one night in the town.

We spent one night in the town. We could only see the road to the accommodation, which was only 250 meters from the bus. On the way from the bus to the accommodation, we saw some shops and an optician, but we found the location interesting and nice. I would definitely like to spend, for example, two or three days here.

Wintergarden was very clean, with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is amazing, worth every penny. They provide shuttle service to and from the airport, which is only about 1/2 mile away. The hotel interior is beautiful, clean, relaxing, and it has an indoor pool. A very nice place to stay. And most of the staff spoke at least a fair amount of English, which was helpful since my Italian isn't very good yet. I would definitely stay here again.

I cannot fault the rooms and house it is in a lovely suburb but although only 15 minutes from the airport it is 30 minutes by bus to Bergamo. The buses and trains are very good and regular but if you go into Bergamo every day it needs to be part of your budget. Approx. £5 per person per return trip. Having said all that I would stay there again.

Extremely helpful staff !!!

Extremely helpful staff !!! Even though our flight was cancelled last minute and we therefore didn’t make it to the La Rocca the staff was still immensely helpful and very responsive. Comforting in a chaotic situation like ours! I’d definitely book them again anytime! Also the English was flawless which made for no misunderstandings.

The interior design is beautiful specially at night time. We liked how clean and spacious the bedroom was, beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains really did justice. Enjoyed the food selection they had, tasted good and staff were friendly and helpful. TheGarden area is beautiful, aesthetic and peaceful. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

We have stayed with my daughter only one night in the hotel. It was friendly welcome by the owner, clean and very comfortable. My daughter could eat some cereals&milk that were there for breakfast, as she was hungry and we arrived very late. I am really grateful for that! :)

It was clean, close to airport, really easy to get into, felt totally safe and despite being in an industrial area it was a really amazing view! It was also quiet which I didn't expect from a hotel so close to the airport but we didn't hear a single plane!

There was self check-in made very easy. Room was nice and clean with comfortable beds. Relatively close to the airport (approx 2.5 km) with sidewalk and a tunnel under the busy road. Grassobbio, where the hotel is situated, is a nice little town.
