Sara is very kind and strives to make her guests feel at home. In addition to breakfast, we also had dinner, which contained very tasty local products. For the day we went on a trip to Etna, Sara prepared us great sandwiches. Grazzie! I recommend this accommodation to those who want to escape the hustle and bustle and are looking for a quiet place in the heart of a typical Sicilian little town (and who are traveling by car). Excellent price-quality ratio.

From the moment we arrived, everything about Hotel Bel Soggiorno felt right. The staff were friendly and professional, the hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the views were simply breathtaking. Breakfast was excellent, and the overall atmosphere made us genuinely glad we had chosen to stay here. A thoughtful touch—we left early on checkout and the kitchen prepared a little takeaway bag for the road. We also appreciated the old-school charm of leaving the key at the front desk, which meant no need to carry it around. One of our favourite moments was reading on our private terrace, shaded by an umbrella and soaking in the warm glow of the Sicilian sun. Just a beautiful, feel-good stay from start to finish.

I immediately felt welcome upon check-in. I arrived much earlier, but that was no problem, I even got an upgrade to another room with a sunny terrace. The room is light, crystal clear with a nice bathroom with a spacious shower that was easy to operate. Lovely soft and sufficient towels, nice bathrobe and slippers, a mini fridge with water and fruit juices. It is striking that all areas of the hotel are spotless, a compliment to the cleaners! Everyone, absolutely everyone, on the staff is dedicated and ensures that your stay is wonderfully relaxing. The reception staff arranged tickets for the opera and gave tips for restaurants. I (unfortunately) had to leave early in the morning, but I could use the breakfast service and take something with me for the journey. The suitcase was picked up from my room and put in the taxi. In summary: a wonderfully comfortable hotel, with an eye for detail, they know what hospitality means.
