I was with my youngest son, 2 weeks' holiday at Fillipe's house. Fillipe is a friendly shy man, you can always message or call him if you need anything. He has a nice house, it has a kitchen with dining area. 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms and a nice bathroom. With google maps you can easily find the house. Places like Lucca, Pisa Florence is easily accessible. If you want to go to the beach, go to Marina de Pisa and park the car near Grand hotel Golf Tirrenia. Groceries: Conad, Penny, Carefour (Lucca), Eurospin. Restaurants: Flamingo (next door), Bella e Pronta, Zi Meo, Kisoro Sushi, Cliff restaurant. So plenty of everything around. If you're going to stay there.... happy holidays! The photos are of the area ( 😊)

The staff are very nice in fact the best staff we have met from a hotel, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and made us feel like family. There was a train strike on the day we were due to fly home, the the manager and one of the staff (sorry I cant remember your name! I think it was Nadia) were so helpful and helped us book a cab but we felt assured that the hotel staff would ensure we got to the airport even if it meant driving us there themselves! The managers were very kind always on site during the day and willing to help with any information or questions we had. All of the staff are lovely, smiling and informative of the area, where to go and what to see. The food in the restaurant located in the hotel is excellent, the hotel is very clean and had TV service with Netflix and Amazon if you chose, shower is great, room was warm (we went in November). The train station is a 5 min drive or a 30 mins to walk, there is also a bus service that is directly outside the station and bring you through the whole town/village. The locals in the area are so friendly introducing themselves even with a language barrier! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though it was only brief and would definitely stay again. If you are looking to stay in Bagni di Lucca I highly recommend his hotel. Thank you for a warm and welcoming stay and hopefully we will see you again in the near future! 10/10

The location is perfect, right in the centre of Bagni. We had a very warm welcome from the team, and the breakfast was more than adequate. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the kettle and tea bags in the room, though would have liked UHT milk sachets rather than creamer powder. I had a herbal tea instead so it was all fine. Good selection of TV channels.

The hotel is situated on the hill top with beautiful views on Tuscany, surrounded by park and forest. It is beautiful, big hotel, consists of many buildings/wings. There is a pool, restaurant, and breakfast is held also outside on the terrace with amazing view. The breakfast is rich, various options also for vegan, gluten free or other diets. Room was beautiful, stylish, big, clean with coffee machine and with the balcony overlooking the valley. Very helpful and friendly staff, free parking is available but it is quite difficult to find it at first (especially in the evening). It was really an amazing stay.
