I love the family/staff who are there, from gardeners , room attendant, owners, restaurant staff. They were all so kind, helpful and they gave us a lot of tips on how to enjoy Ischia to the max (airport transfers, best pizza on the island, beach, boat island tour, going around, etc, etc). The room was impeccably clean (hubby only stays in immaculately clean rooms) . Thought it was small at first, but actually was very comfortable size-wise and had a super view of the sea and garden from the balcony. The garden was beautiful with its diverse flora , so well kept, it’s a pleasure to savor the beauty of them all. The pools (one normal with jets , 1 thermal) were perfect for 4 couples to swim at the same time, so sizes are ok. Enough umbrellas and lounge chairs for all to enjoy. Breakfast was consistently good, with more than enough selection , can always order egg dishes as well. Our 5-course dinner on Sunday was with cognilio (famous specialty of Ischia) or fish as main dish , served. We opted for the fish though, so we missed the opportunity to taste the island’s best fish. But, we were more than satisfied with the fish too and pleasantly surprised how great each course was, the presentation and taste! Ambience for dinner at the terrace was also quite romantic .

Daniella prepared us a dinner one night that was truly exceptional...fresh, high-quality ingredients and beautifully done. Everything!! I am coming back in a few months just to stay at this property again with its delightful hosts! Its a family run, magical place straight on the beach, very nice breakfast each morning. About the comments that its hard to reach – its a 10 minute walk to the bus, theres special foodbridge on the beach or you can take a water taxi from St. Angelo that brings you straight to the hotel. Not so hard in my opinion, but for people with mobility stuggles that might be an issue.

Christian was the most helpful host. He gave us tips on where to go, where to eat etc, we followed all of them and all were excellent. The accommodation was ideal, the views from both the room balconies and the breakfast terrace were stunning. We would love to come back.
