Luca is a perfect host and helped us a lot with additional information. He was available at all times. The house is very clean and stylishly furnished, we felt at home right away. Nothing is missing and the kitchen is super well equipped, even basic food items are available. The location is very quiet, there are a few dogs in the neighbourhood that bark, but it didn't really bother us. It is quiet but still very well located, you can get to Cagliari and Villasimius quickly. There are good restaurants nearby, as well as shopping facilities, so a car is recommended. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great holiday.

I am not used to this kind of sugary breakfast but it definitely feels right after 10 km run and 200 pushups :) The house is very nice! Clean, smells wreally well. The interior feels warm and cozy. The pool is a great addittion, especially in very hot summer! You won't regret it!!!

Sofia was extremely kind, helpful, and radiant and gave us the best local tips. The room was modern & fresh with a huge patio facing the garden and ocean. Breakfast was perfectly curated and delicious. Close to all the natural beaches. Bonus is free access to their other property, Hotel Monastero, which has an incredible swimming pool. Top-notch Sardinian hospitality at its best!

The location is also perfect, everyday you can reach different beaches within 20-40 min by car and there are many beaches in the south where you can actually watch beautiful sunset in the evening. Also Cagliari is 20 min. by car.

A clean space, a feast for the eyes, lush vegetation, a true change of scenery, and pleasant comfort. It was a welcome break from our motorcycle trip, where we could walk and hike at our leisure.

Great for a beach holiday.

Great for a beach holiday. A relatively empty, beautiful beach is within walking distance. You can also quickly reach lovely coves by bus, and Cagliari is a 50-minute ride away. Flumini is more of a transit town; there's no real town center. However, it does have a well-stocked supermarket, a good takeaway pizzeria, and restaurants. We didn't try the restaurants, though.

Amazing location, super friendly hostess, perfect amenities, very relaxing, although we were the only guests. A dream balcony for sundowners, the sea right outside the door. Unfortunately, there are many stones, so you have to be very careful with your feet and legs, but once you're inside... fun!

A lovely location surrounded by nature.

A lovely location surrounded by nature. However, the hotel room was very basic and poorly maintained. The rain shower didn't work, and the shower door was broken. The pool wasn't clean; there are some nice seating areas around it, but unfortunately, there were no sunbeds.

Flumini is in a quiet location that allows you to reach the main beaches. Its location is peaceful, but a car is required to reach restaurants and other points of interest.

This beautiful, boutique-chic hotel left a lasting impression. The building and rooms are stunning, and we loved the modern feel, beautiful garden, and luxurious ambiance. It was a thoughtful touch to have a kettle in the room, which we greatly appreciated. Breakfast was also very nice. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they even took care of our forgotten swim costumes until we could pick them up. This was one of the best places we stayed.

The hotel was beautiful and stylish, it is very well taken care of, decorations are in a local style. The property has an amazing garden, which is a pleasure to sit in. The rooms are a bit small, so it's not suitable if you want to spend a lot of time on site. However, if you spend most of the time outside, it's a great hotel to stay in and to enjoy the mornings.

Our stay at Fabrizio’s place was lovely! The host takes good care of his guests, serving Italian breakfast everyday. The place is cozy and well-kept. Close to a bus stop to get to the city, there are sandy beaches right next to the hotel. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for true Italian vibes, silence and deep relaxation!
