Luca is a perfect host and helped us a lot with additional information. He was available at all times. The house is very clean and stylishly furnished, we felt at home right away. Nothing is missing and the kitchen is super well equipped, even basic food items are available. The location is very quiet, there are a few dogs in the neighbourhood that bark, but it didn't really bother us. It is quiet but still very well located, you can get to Cagliari and Villasimius quickly. There are good restaurants nearby, as well as shopping facilities, so a car is recommended. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great holiday.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. Breakfasts were tasty, fresh, and offered a good variety each morning. The whole place is located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for relaxation. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere made us feel welcome and at ease. This beautiful, boutique-chic hotel left a lasting impression. The building and rooms are stunning, and we loved the modern feel, beautiful garden, and luxurious ambiance. It was a thoughtful touch to have a kettle in the room, which we greatly appreciated. Breakfast was also very nice. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they even took care of our forgotten swim costumes until we could pick them up. This was one of the best places we stayed.

The hotel was beautiful and stylish, it is very well taken care of, decorations are in a local style. The property has an amazing garden, which is a pleasure to sit in. The rooms are a bit small, so it's not suitable if you want to spend a lot of time on site. However, if you spend most of the time outside, it's a great hotel to stay in and to enjoy the mornings.

Our stay at Fabrizio’s place was lovely! The host takes good care of his guests, serving Italian breakfast everyday. The place is cozy and well-kept. Close to a bus stop to get to the city, there are sandy beaches right next to the hotel. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for true Italian vibes, silence and deep relaxation!
