The apartment was clean and beautiful. There was room enough to 5person (2 adults, 3kids). The apartment was cozy and warm (woolen socks were not needed). The staff was the best. we didn’t have time to stop in the supermarket when we arrived, so we got breakfast basket which was really worth of money. The owners have farm, and I got to say hello to the animals, I’m sure that All the kids would love it. The area is really peaceful. You need to drive a bit to go to the village or to the skiing areas, but if you have a car, it’s not a problem. I would come again.

The hotel was extraordinary. It is beautyfully located near a nice farm in the fields. You have a beautyful view over the dolomit mountains and very nice walking tracks through forests very close by. The staff was very friendly. The design of the hotel is very modern but also very cosy. Everything is exceptionally clean and and the details make you feel very comfortable. The breakfast is just delicious with lots of fresh fruit and berries and everything you wish for! The whirlpool in the room was a treat and the room itself very spacious and well equiped. The spa has nice views over the alps. There is even a meditation room with yoga equipment.

We stayed at Artnatur Dolomites Hotel & Spa in late spring, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is officially 4-star, but the service feels every bit like 5-star – the staff are truly outstanding: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The location is breathtaking, nestled in the heart of the Dolomites, making it perfect for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. The food was another highlight – beautifully presented and delicious at every meal. The wellness area is well designed, and the saunas are a real treat, especially after a long hike. However, the pools were a bit too cold for comfort. Unless you're visiting on a hot and sunny day, swimming isn’t quite as relaxing as it could be – which is a bit of a shame in such a serene setting. Still, the overall experience more than made up for it. We would happily return, especially for the exceptional hospitality and unforgettable surroundings.

Everything was great from start to finish. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Everyone made us feel like home. The dinner was delicious and the price was very good. Breakfast was very good too.
