The room was pretty spacious, and it was very practically decorated. There was a lot of space not only in the wardrobe for the clothes, but also in the bathroom area for cosmetics. The room was very clean, it was cleaned every day. Mattresses on the beds were very comfortable. There was a big terrace with a beautiful view on the mountains and 2 sun-beds and a table. On the highest floor there was a beautiful sunny terrace with sunbeds, a jacuzzi and sauna available for all residents. The hotel is 20 minutes by foot from the river and 15 minutes from a few restaurants. The personel was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were incredible. There was a lot of delicious food to choose from. There were also a lot of gluten and lactose free options. There were also tables on the terrace so one could have eaten the breakfast in the sun with a beautiful view. There was a garage in the hotel that also was available for all residents and completely free.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, with gorgeous landscapes all around. The staff was very kind and welcoming, and they were especially nice to our dog, which meant a lot to us. The food was also very good. Overall, a wonderful experience - I’d definitely recommend it to any friends and we will definitely come back.

I received an excellent treatment by all the members of the staff who remained consistently respectful and professional during my 17 days stay - answering questions always happy and with a smile regardless of the busy times and pressure of the season.
