We were welcomed with a free apperitivo by the very friendly owner. Our room was large and very nice and stocked with freebies from crisps and snacks to a bottle of prosecco. All of the staff were friendly and eager to help. The pool area was very nice with lots of sunbeds, and there was a good private beach. The breakfast was excellent with lots of gluten and dairy free options. When we left we were given a bottle of rosé.

Extremely friendly, helpful and professional staff in reception and in the restaurant/bar - on first name terms with many of them and our daughter was spoiled! Gorgeous location perched high above the lovely town of Malcesine and the lake with views up to Riva and the mountains. Delicious food - huge choice at breakfast and dined there in the evenings on alternate nights. Pool is large and plenty of loungers etc. also a jacuzzi-style plunge pool and paddling pool for kids. Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped suite with kitchenette. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful too. Communal areas in the bar/lounge/children's room all modern and spacious. Excellent all round and while usually we prefer to visit new places, we would definitely be tempted to return next year! Malcesine is a lovely town to wander around in the evening with lots of good restaurant options. Also had a nice day out by taking the ferry up the lake to Riva. Gardaland is a day trip - about 2.5 hour round trip? Recommend the paragliding from the mountain up behind the hotel too - the views from up the top of the mountain via cable car are worth it too but time it well as cable car gets busy.

The location was excellent, a little away from the main centre but a lovely walk along the pebbled beach. There was a huge selection of foods for breakfast and the staff were always at hand to assist with any request. The room was breathtaking, we had an lakefront room which looked like it was out of a movie, I definitely recommend selecting that room! We used the hotel bicycles which was very fun and made it easy to get around Malcessine and allowed us to quickly commute between the hotel and the busier parts of the town. I cannot state how breathtaking the scenery is and the view from our hotel room, right up there with the best either of us have ever experienced.

Everyhing was perfect! Hotel has great location with stunning views from the roof terrace. Our room was smaller but for our short stay absolutely convenient. Room was well equipped with nice lake view from balcony. Bed matresses were absolutely comfortable plus room was equipped with roller blinds so we slept very well. Breakfast was great and staff was very nice and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend!
