Staying here was the highlight of our trip. Dario and his team went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful experience. From the food, to the wine and the overall experience I could not fault it. We arrived after 10.30pm and Dario made us up an antipasto plate with local cheeses, meat and olives( oh my God, try the olives). Short walk and easy bus into Venice. Away from the crowds when you wanted to be. Perfect.

Everything was perfect! The place is so nice, clean, comfortable! There is everything you need. I received accurate instructions for everything ! The host answered immediately when I had questions, thanks for package breakfast and water! Around the accommodation is pizzaria, coffee, shop to buy tickets for the bus and vaporetto, bus stops. The host is very friendly, he has all the information one can possibly need, pictures, explanations, bus schedule. I was very impressed with how prepared they were, they offer a shuttle service from the airport to their location. All the sent info was very useful to us, it saved us a lot of time. The apartment is very clean, it has everything. The bus station is very close to the apartment, so reaching Venice is very easy. There is also a free parking in front of the apartment building, for those travelling by car. We were being asked constantly by the host if we needed anything, if everything was ok and I liked that. I fully recommend this place.

The rooms were nice and quaint.

The rooms were nice and quaint. The staff was very helpful with getting us on the right boat bus. They also had a great sense of humor. I was so pleased with the breakfast and the restaurant that they recommended next to the hotel. Everything was perfect.

Quiet and safe suburb where is located some nice hotels for all budgets. Quite a lot of comfortable & safe hotels at affordable price rates. Same for eating places, pubs and bars. Transportation is very easy and cheap during the day.

Its easy to commute into the ancient city of Venice on the tram. It is a residential area with plenty of local snack bars and some very good restaurants. Its just 3 miles/5km from the Marco Polo Venice Airport.

A lovely area to stay if you choose to be outside Venezia...

A lovely area to stay if you choose to be outside Venezia proper. Bus and tram a few meters from the hotel. Great location! I have stayed in this hotel in the past and returned. I will return again! good bar next door. very easy to get too.

Amazing! The pictures on booking do not do well with the hotel, basic but very clean and perfect for staying at Venice without paying the venice tax on everything, the breakfast is well worth the price. The receptionist was very friendly. The restroom is very well equipped. Very close to the bus station to venice, which takes 30 min to get to the center. Great experience!

Very kind staff who accommodated us at short notice after we had issues with a previous hotel. Helpful with figuring out transportation options to the airport for an early morning flight, which turned out to be quite easy (about 10 minutes by Uber). Very clean and charming furnishings.

The location is great. The Owners provide a trasfer from Marco Polo Airport to the property for 20 euro and free transfer to the bus station , where you can arrive Venice for 1.5 Euro /per person. The same arrangment works on return to hotel. Breakfast is nice.

Nothing, worst experience in a hotel ever. Photos just are not like the rooms, and the worse is that is so uncomfortable. We found very dissgusting things in our room. Insects too. The photos is just not like the hotel.
