I liked everything about the accommodation. It was close to the station I visited Venice twice because the station was so easy to go to. The staff was amazing and friendly especially Suzana ❤️ SHE WAS AMAZING. She made me love the place even more.

10/10 place to stay! The room was spacey, very clean and the atmosphere unique. We had a bathroom on suite and the room had an AC. The Trattoria below serves awesome food and Dario the owner was the most amazing host! We received a welcome drink and he gave us wonderful recommendations for visiting Venice. The place is located in the vineyards, super quiet and free parking. Bus station directly to Venice is located just 8 mins walk away. This is definitely the place to stay for a relaxed Venice trip!

Big clean apartment with big balcony. Big beds and master bedroom had neat colorful lighting option. Had everything needed for longer stay and option for private parking (street parking also possible). The owner was super helpful, even lended her own drying rack.

Everything was perfect! The place is so nice, clean, comfortable! There is everything you need. I received accurate instructions for everything ! The host answered immediately when I had questions, thanks for package breakfast and water! Around the accommodation is pizzaria, coffee, shop to buy tickets for the bus and vaporetto, bus stops. Free parking!

The rooms were nice and quaint. The staff was very helpful with getting us on the right boat bus. They also had a great sense of humor. I was so pleased with the breakfast and the restaurant that they recommended next to the hotel. Everything was perfect.

Quiet and safe suburb where is located some nice hotels for all budgets. Quite a lot of comfortable & safe hotels at affordable price rates. Same for eating places, pubs and bars. Transportation is very easy and cheap during the day.

Its easy to commute into the ancient city of Venice on the tram. It is a residential area with plenty of local snack bars and some very good restaurants. Its just 3 miles/5km from the Marco Polo Venice Airport.

A lovely area to stay if you choose to be outside Venezia proper. Bus and tram a few meters from the hotel. Great location! I have stayed in this hotel in the past and returned. I will return again! good bar next door. very easy to get too.

We stayed here due to proximity to the airport, but the hotel would be worth to consider even for a stay in Venice. Very close to public transportation, which brings you both to Venice downtown and the airport . It featured a very clean room and bathroom for a really low price, considering the area. Although the reception area needs some extra care and smells funny, the hotel location, cleanliness and price make it a place worth considering.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel at home. The service throughout my stay was friendly and attentive, making the experience all the more enjoyable. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection and fresh options to start the day right. Highly recommended for anyone looking for warm hospitality and great service!

This was a last minute booking for a hotel near the airport. The bed, shower and room temperature control were the most important factors to us. Bed was excellent. Bathroom was clean. We didn't turn on the A/C rather opened the window as the weather was good. We had no time for dinner or breakfast, nor use of the WiFi.

this is a perfect little hotel if you want to be close to the airport. the place is an old convent located in the middle of fields but easy to find. it reminded me also how beautiful the "campagna" around Venice is beautiful. one is to often focused only on city of Venice.
