I travel a lot for pleasure and work and The Majestic has been, without a doubt, one of the best hotels I have ever been to. From the initial welcome with Prosseco and a salad buffet to the goodbye with a nice little gift, our stay was absolutely fantastic. The facilities and rooms are great in one of the most beautiful areas we have visited. Special thanks to Germán, Leonardo, Zeeshan and the tall gentleman at reception, who looked after us extremely well. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable 😍😍 We highly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful mountain hut surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Each room has a large window with a view of the mountains. Wonderfully relaxing and an excellent place to spend a couple of days away from everything. Great walks and plenty of fresh air. Wonderful young couple who are very welcoming and excellent hosts. I usually prefer to stay at Airbnb than hotel, but this place changed my mind on what a good hotel can be. First of all hotel is run by women from one family so you get a feeling that you are very welcomed there, and whatever you ask they will try their best to do it. For example, owner went out of her way when one of the nights we could not get a taxi so she came for us instead of taxi and drove us back even though it was really late. And on the Friday night. Even took our friends to their place which was not on the way. It was very nice of them to do, must not have been easy. Second example, when we checked very late in the evening they gave us a quick dinner even though all of the places were closed. We expected a sandwich but got 3 meal course with wine, lovely surprise. The food was great too, during our stay saw plenty of people that were not staying in the hotel come for just the food and cozy atmosphere. You can fully have a nice evening after skiing and use a sauna, have a dinner maybe some drinks after and just relax. Many of guests do. Also the place is impeccably clean, not a single cobweb in sight. Rooms are spacious and there is a small river running by with the view of mountains from the window. Had great mornings and rest in there. It's on a quieter part of skiing town but I did not miss it, we had the best time. Hopefully we can come back soon. Thank you for a lovely stay.

What an incredible experience! The Ebner family truly went above and beyond to ensure their guests felt well taken care of. We were fortunate to choose a week with fewer guests, allowing us to enjoy top-notch customer service. The food was exceptional, the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. We also appreciated that the breakfasts started already at 7am so we had plenty of time to be the firsts on ski slopes :) Once again thank you, family Ebner, for your hospitality! We plan to stay once again in your hotel for our next winter holidays.

We highly recommend this hotel to everybody staying in Dolomites.The hotel has an excellent location for skiing in Kronplatz mountain with a free ski bus service. The staff was very friendly and attentive. A big thank you to Karolina for accommodating and helping us. The rooms were very spacious and redecorated to a high standard. The food was delicious with so much to choose from. We particularly liked the health suite area with various saunas and a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi😀

Andrea, the owner, is really kind and always at your service. The house is clean, cozy and most importantly big (with 4 bathrooms) and it’s ideal for families and big groups. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay in the Holiday Home Falzes. Never had any issue, the position is also perfect just a half hour drive from Lago di Braies. On our last day, we also had a bbq in the spacious garden. Thank you, Andrea! We’ll be back, certainly.

A beautiful hotel with excellent hospitality. When we lost our luggage a couple of days before our wedding the team were very helpful and accomodating. For our elopement they provided the most beautiful picnic with everything we needed. The spa and pool area is incredibly relaxing but the highlight was the food. 10/10.

Spacious, very clean, and comfortable apartment with everything you need for skiing holidays, including a good boot dryer. Good parking space, easy to reach Kronplatz by car. Also, conveniently close to the center of Falzes on foot (with a grocery store, bakery, and bus stop).
