Ideal accommodation to stay near Seulo if you travel by car. Very friendly owner who gave us a better room than we booked, she also allowed us to do a earlier checkin and gave us very useful information about the area, plus she helped us to meet local people and make our trip super complete. The Agriturismo surroundings are beautifully kept and really calm with lovely domestic animals. Room and bathroom, spacious, comfortable and clean. Abundant breakfast for 5€ per person.

Without doubt, Antonella and Paolo have hospitality down to a fine art. We arrived earlier than expected but were greeted with such warmth that we felt immediately at home. Our room was comfortable and just perfect for us - and the view from the terrace was glorious, especially on the golden, late Spring afternoon when we arrived. The location is superb and within easy reach of other towns and villages. The beautiful dinner that our generous hosts prepared was authentically Sardinian - home grown and home made, or locally sourced - and all fresh and delicious.

This was a perfect stay for a holiday....very cozy apartment in a stunning ambient ❤️ Valentina is so nice and sweet, she prepared big breakfast every morning in a garden. We had amazing time there and highly recommend this gem for nature lovers :)

Our second visit to S’Armidda. Luciana and Marco have created a wonderful place to stay. There are plenty of places to see and things to do round about but this time we just liked to sit on the shady veranda terrace, amongst trees of the cherry orchard, looking out over the countryside. S’Armidda means thyme in the Sardinian language, and the Timo (thyme in Italian) is the name of the friendly little dog who is ever present company sitting at your feet on the veranda. At over 1000 metres high, the air is clear and the only sounds are of birds and cow bells. At 8pm Luciana serves the evening meal to her extended family and all the guests who have arranged for it. Sitting at long tables, she has prepared the feast, in huge quantities, from fresh local ingredients, much of which is produced on the farm. The meal goes on into the evening with family and guests of all nationalities getting to know one another in happy conversation. We hope to keep returning in the future.

We had a very warm welcome from Marcella. The house is beautiful traditional Sardinian set in it's own private courtyard the bedroom was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was all home cooked pastries made by the host. We had tiramisu and bread with dried meat from her farm and delicious homemade jams. Thoroughly recommend this accommodation it was perfect for a one night stay as we travelled around the island.

A small village in inland Sardinia, in the Barbagia di Seulo...

A small village in inland Sardinia, in the Barbagia di Seulo region. It has approximately 600 inhabitants. It sits on the slopes of Mount Santa Vittoria, home to an important archaeological site, Domu e Orgia. The village is definitely worth visiting on August 12th for the festival of Is Coccoeddas, a traditional dish.
