Amazing location, right at the Orta Lake! Fantastic dinner, breakfast in the restaurant of the hotel. Top quality service!! The owner was always present and very-very service-orientated and generous with the guests. This will be certainly our regular place from now on. Beautiful combination of mountains, palm trees, lake and fantastic Italian cuisine!! Fantastic for apero, as well.

Fast check in and very nice lady on reception. She didn't speak english but we could manage. In the morning she offered a breakfast but we didn't have time to eat. For 1 or 2 nights for stopover is ok. Have balcony. Clean place.

Was travelling though the area, so happy for the late check-in, really appreciate the gesture from the restaurant because I arrived just as the kitchen closed, breakfast was plentiful, the room was clean. Private parking space, staff was helpful. Hope the people and the business were not hurt in the floods. Would visit again.

The property is amazing, it is the whole lower floor including a small terrace with a beutiful view of the garden and mountains. It is easy to find and there is covered parking available. The host was very nice and her hospitality was unrivaled. She prepared a welcome snack for us and prepared a delicious breakfast to go, since we had to leave early. It was a really pleasant experience.

My partner and I loved everything. The staff were wonderful, super kind, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant and food are fantastic. The view is heavenly. It's a very peaceful space. Fast wifi. You can hire equipment (bikes, SUP, etc.) for activities.

We loved everything about this gorgeous property. Wonderful! Martina is a fantastic host. Our room had a picture window with a great view of the mountains and lake. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We loved the little communal kitchen area that we could pop into to grab some snacks and a beer (write what you had and pay Martina later). The breakfast was immense! Martina cooked for us and the food was delicious - a real treat. We were on a 2.5k mile road trip from UK and car parking was safe and easy to find (follow Martina’s directions not satnav). We were sad to leave this property but Martina gave us great advice on where to stay next and where to visit on the lakes. We feel very lucky to have found this gem of a place.

Amazing location, right at the Orta Lake! Fantastic dinner, breakfast in the restaurant of the hotel. Top quality service!! We loved everything about this gorgeous property. Wonderful! Martina is a fantastic host. Our room had a picture window with a great view of the mountains and lake. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Martina cooked for us and the food was delicious - a real treat. We were on a 2.5k mile road trip from UK and car parking was safe and easy to find (follow Martina’s directions not satnav). We were sad to leave this property but Martina gave us great advice on where to stay next and where to visit on the lakes. We feel very lucky to have found this gem of a place.
