This property is scrupulously clean and the kitchen is well-equipped. Centrally located, short walks to both the beach area and the historical centre. Bed was very comfy and the best pillows we've had after staying in over 12 properties. Excellent communication with the host, via Whatsapp, Washer/dryer was efficient. Entry is via a numerical code on a keypad, then the door unlocks automatically sounding like Fort Knox!!! It's fantastic!!. "Next to Sea" is a lovely space to come home to after a full day of sightseeing.

Perfect place, perfect location! The rooms are perfect: big, clean, comfortable, knew. The bathroom is the same - big, clean, equipped! The kitchen is good too, you have things for breakfast, big fridge, everything for cooking, very tasty coffee in capsules. Easy fast check in and check out, everyday cleaning. Just keep in mind that if you are with small children there is a night bar just on the corner and not always is quiet, but if you close the window it's completely Ok. We liked a lot these place and ready to return.

The season opens May 1st, in april everything is closed. Nobody speaks English and at restaurants you have to decide and eat fast. No warm welcome for tourists, they don't care. We only recomnand restaurant Gambero Rosso at the beach and restaurant In, very welcoming.

The location was idyllic and the facilities regards restaurants, bars etc. were excellent. Crotone is an all round beautiful spot and we would recommend it to all travellers. The very best thing about Crotone are the hosts at Palazzotto, they were incredibly obliging and friendly, we have travelled a lot worldwide but Rossana and her husband were superb and quite exceptional. It was really worth the travel all the way from Australia. We would go back there at the very first opportunity. Kind regards, Winston and Mary.

Honestly, at first, I did not like Crotone.

Honestly, at first, I did not like Crotone. My first two days were difficult but also a learning experience. Crotone does not receive many American tourists, especially single female travelers, and embarrassingly, I cannot speak Italian-even though I do try. I struggled the first two days and in my struggle was shooed out of two restaurants. However, my struggle apparently endeared me to other eateries and Crotone grew on me quickly. Crotone is an undiscovered gem. There is a mix of ancient history, Castello Carol V which was built in 840 A.D.and modern apartment buildings. It is a place where the sea takes center stage. Beach clubs dot the coastline with their sorbet-colored umbrellas and restaurants serve seafood so fresh you can taste the ocean. Oleander blooms along the walkways and bougainvillea spills over whitewashed walls while cactus and succulents grow in terracotta pots. Crotone is a place your heart is happy to find. It is not over commercialized. Crotone is genuine and confident in who she is-as are the people. The people are hardworking, genuine, kind, and passionate. Crotone is a jewel waiting to be placed in a crown and until the rest of the world discovers this rare jewel, I will happily return again and again.

The B&B is located 10 minutes from the crotone beach. Outside is a lange parking space, where you easily find space, if you arrive by car. The room is the top floor (7th) of a multistory building. What was not a problem for us, but May be interesting to know, is, that the breakfast is not served in the hotel room. We received a Voucher for a cafe which was approximately 5 minutes by feet away. With the Voucher you could get a hot beverage and a Snack (for example Croissant).

Daniele is a good host. Eager to please & very personable. He has a set breakfast which is perfectly adequate. He wants you to have a good time in Crotone & lets you know the local must sees etc The b&b is central in the town with free parking nearby. Restaurants are in abundance & you will find something to please. Crotone is a lovely town with a great beach. Very few tourists so has the Italian exp in spades. Well worth a vidit

Modern and functional room with a very good host who was happy to help with anything we needed. The room is very clean and everyday you get a hotel-like cleaning service where a nice lady cleans the room an restocks the fridge with breakfast snacks and coffe.
