We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely scent that made it feel so inviting. Vincenzo was an exceptional host—warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. He made us feel right at home and took the time to explain where all the main attractions were. It was such a thoughtful touch to find breakfast and coffee already in the apartment. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would absolutely stay here again if we return to Cosenza. Highly recommended!

This was my second one-day visit to Cosenza, and I still haven't had time to fully explore. However, both the historic part and the modern centre are extensive, so are worth more time. I haven't yet explored beyond the old town for restaurants, but there is a good trattoria with friendly service next to the cathedral. (Calabria Bella)

The unit was well equipped to host 5, clean and secure, but getting there was a little challenging as usually is when you travel in various cities in Italy. It is located in scenic area, near restaurants. The owner was accommodating to meet at when we arrived at 8:30pm. Andre is a nice guy to deal with.

A great place to visit if you're into Medieval History in general, and Frederick II in particular. In the new part of the city, there's an interesting "outdoor sculpture park." Lots of restaurants and locals there. Excellent restaurants serving Calabrese food.

Both the old town and new town are extensive, and both are effective working, shopping and eating places. The old town has many interesting architectural features, and I also had dinner in the cathedral square, which was is a location of interesting character. The old town has very steep streets, but if you are fit enough, the effort will be rewarded. I will visit it again to explore it further.

I loved the food from the coffee in the morning with fresh fruit , pastries , to pizza, pastas and all there deserts and let’s not forget the meats. The shopping is incredible. Cosenza history , culture and there piazza. Best part of all its affordable. People are friendly and helpful.

The accommodation is in a quiet, peaceful area. Although there is little sunshine, this is an advantage in summer. The TV has NETFLIX and the Wifi is very fast. The washing machine and tumble dryer have also proved very useful. The owner was very fair as we had to extend our reservation almost every day due to the delay in repairing our car. On the one hand, the accommodation is not far from Cosenza, but on the other hand, Mendicino is well worth a trip further along the road.

Exceptional value for money. An ideal location in Cosenza vecchia (Old town) which is very hilly. This is in the area closest to the main city centre so ideal for getting around. The place was large, bright, and has good air conditioning. Finally, the host was prompt, professional, and very helpful.
