A charming, historic hotel in an excellent location, near the sea in Massa. The place has an agreeable patina of age, and even a car park in the lovely rear garden. The room was spacious, the bed and linens were very good. Best of all was the amazing breakfast, better than any hotel breakfast I've every had.

Very very clean! Good value for money! The location is wow.. and the surrounding is more than wow! A small canal near with fishes, birds (even 2 swans!), turtles and even a beaver :)) 5 min walk to the nearest beach, a lot of restaurants in the area and 10 min walk from the pedestrian area..

From start to finish everything about our stay was exceptional. The staff were so friendly and nothing was a chore, the pool is incredible, as was the breakfast and lunch options.
