The staff. They are extremely accommodating and friendly, especially Tamara. The owner goes out of her way to make sure your trip goes smoothly. Lorenzo was a great tour guide. I highly recommend reaching out to them before your stay to make sure you have everything you need to make your trip a success. The breakfast was simple, but everything you need to start the day. It was all very fresh and very tasty. The cappuccinos were beautiful. The restaurant, which is off site and only 5 minutes away, is fantastic. The food and service is unbelievable. The chandelier in our room adds a pop to the room.

It's a very beautiful place with very kind people. The room is comfortable and very clean, the bed was excellent, the garden is wonderful in May and you can feel the beauty and the history of the building. Breakfast was also nice (Italian style). The building is magnificent! It has such a peaceful feeling and an elegant touch. It is like living in a fairytale. The garden is amazing!
