I’ve visited Italy more than 30 times, and I’ve never stayed in a place as extraordinary as this one. From here, you’re also perfectly positioned to visit Lake Como, Lake Garda, and even Milan and Verona, all within easy reach. The accommodation itself is exceptional: beautifully designed, newly built, refined, elegant, and equipped with everything of the highest quality. There’s a TV, heating and air conditioning, gorgeous views of the lake and the main house, Dyson hairdryer, premium mattress, private garage, automatic gate, offering full autonomy and privacy. There are also wonderful extra services: massage, yoga, pilates, breakfast charmingly served in your apartment, and an absolutely breathtaking space for special events, such as private chef dinners. Giorgia, who oversees everything, is incredibly efficient, thoughtful and kind. She provided personalised restaurant recommendations that made our stay even more special. Responses were always quick, friendly, and tailored with so much care. The whole family puts their heart into every detail, and we’re deeply grateful to Giorgia, Mara, Giulio, Stefano, Susie and the entire team for reminding us once again why Italy feels like home to us. The hotel was in a great location right next to the boat stop. Fantastic views. The rooms were clean but no aircon. No bottled water in the room so had to buy from the hotel and very expensive. The food was average and expensive in the restaurant. Overall it was a nice stay but with faults

I was in the area for a wedding for two nights.

I was in the area for a wedding for two nights. The location was fabulous and managed to have a little walk around near the apartment I was staying and it was beautiful. I would have loved to of stayed longer and explored the lake and more surrounding areas.

You really need a car to get around, we didn't but our...

You really need a car to get around, we didn't but our friends did & we did have lifts with them. We used the ferry alot, it was only 5 minutes walk away & was very cheap & efficient. We went to Iseo , Sarnico & the island, it was great. We enjoyed eating in the restaurants nearby & everyone was very friendly. We sat out by the lake which was beautiful & also swam in the lake, lovely & refreshing.

Clusane is a super little village.

Clusane is a super little village. I highly recommend it - and also the whole of the Lago d'Iseo region. Our time was way to short, especially for summer. We would have loved to take extended trips on the lake as well as spend a day at one of the many lake beaches. The food in the area, we found, is mostly seafood and lake food, which was great, as we really enjoy fish - but most restaurants do cater for people who may not be into fish. Fantastic area to visit.

Beautiful lake, lovely views. There could be more entertainment in the villages and on the lake. Few terraces by the water, often only open in the evening. Few or no shops. The boulevard could be improved. There are no swimming opportunities for tourists in the lake.

A very nice holiday apartment with a large living area and a modern bathroom. The room temperature remains pleasantly comfortable even on warm days. The parking area is well secured with a barrier and the car is parked under cover. There's a restaurant right next door, but it's still very quiet. A shelf in the bathroom would be a nice addition.

The venue immediately overtakes your expectations of what this hotel might be, set right next to the lake and a small ferry jetty. The view was thrilling and I threw the windows of my room wide open to a bracing breeze. But even the reality is a well-run accommodation that is clean and well maintained centred around a very good restaurant. What I chose in the restaurant was excellent so must assume that all options must be too! Breakfast was a good selection for all tastes.

The location was amazing. To wake up to that view every day was heaven. It is a lovely, fairly small family run business and you are made to feel very welcome. There is plenty of private, free parking just outside the hotel. The small town of a Clusane is a perfect place to base yourself to explore around the island, with a number of good restaurants and bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day break and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel

Can't get a better view than that. Absolutely amazing. Rooms do look a bit dated, mostly due to covers, but they're perfectly clean and the views are just to die for. Couple running the hotel are so nice and welcoming. Breakfast is more than standard Cornetto and coffee, try the roasties, they're very filling. Plenty of parking spots as well. Can walk to local bars and restaurants.

Very nice family hotel just in front of the lake Iseo. The view from the room is just amazing ! The breakfast offers local specialities and lots of pastry. The staff is vey nice and ready to help and advice. Special thanks to Katia for her recommendations. We will definitely come back
