Very new and clean room with a stunning view from the bathroom window. The host Stefania is super nice and helpful. She even offered to give us a ride since it was raining. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The service was impeccable, and the staff - the owners of the hotel - were incredibly polite and accommodating. Our room was cozy and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of driving to the mountains. The breakfast was delightful, with delicious Italian coffee and freshly baked homemade bread that was simply divine. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided us with a wonderful stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay on their way to the mountains for skiing.

A gem to be found in Tuenno after a beautiful drive in apple growing region. The reception was very friendly. The room was excellent with a good bathroom with shower. Absolutely spotless. There is a restaurant so it is possible to have dinner at the hotel. There is a bar and ice cream shop all part of the hotel. Breakfast spread was good. A special place.

I didn't have much opportunity to explore the city; it was a base for skiing trips to the surrounding area, but the city seems pleasant. The small central square is very pretty, surrounded by charming townhouses. The city looked simply wonderful in the pre-Christmas period. It's a very convenient location for those planning a ski trip to Madonna di Campiglio.

Very quiet village but full of shops and restaurants, many pleasant places within a short distance such as Lake Tovel, a little hot given that it is located less than 700 meters above sea level, however overall the stay was pleasant.

The landscape is stunning and offers wonderful opportunities...

The landscape is stunning and offers wonderful opportunities for cyclists and hikers... if it weren't for the brown bears. That worried me a bit, so I didn't dare go all the way up the mountain... you should definitely do some research beforehand; there are many documentaries about it.

A quiet village surrounded by mountains.

A quiet village surrounded by mountains. The panoramic terrace of Doss di Pez is beautiful, as is the path leading to Cles Castle (not open to visitors). Don't miss the delicious local artisanal strudel and apple juice. I recommend eating at the "Glamingo" pizzeria and restaurant: I tried the potato gnocchi with Trentino butter, scallop and Trentingrana cheese—amazing!

Cles is very uncharacteristic.

Cles is very uncharacteristic. From there, however, you can visit many nearby places, such as Lake Tovel or Thun Castle. In the evening, despite a steep and narrow road, Elmalget is recommended, where you'll find very good value.

Cles is a small town, but close to other towns like Ossana...

Cles is a small town, but close to other towns like Ossana with the San Michele Castle, or Madonna di Campiglio, 40 minutes away. In Cles, the Palazzo Assessorile in the historic center is worth a visit.

Great location, in the middle of Cles, with several restaurants close by. Breakfast was perfect, I chose cappuccino, one out of three cornettos, bread, jam, yoghurt, müsli and apple (the area is known for apple orchards). Clean and tidy, comfortable bed and with very friendly and helpful staff.

The location was perfect. The room was quite nice in general and the beds were fairly comfortable. Free parking spots close to the hotel. Communication with the owner was ok. The hotel was in a nice historical building. A lot of nice restaurants in the area.
