Everything was perfect. Sig. Johnny was so gentile. He advised what to see in Civittavecchia, organised transfer to port for very reasonable price. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean, very big and equipped with all the necessary things, including plates, forks, microwave oven etc. Highly recommend this hotel

I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. It'd be nice to have a bar but the one next door was good. The room was nice, clean, and larger than I expected. The location is perfect. I had a regular room with double bed and there was more than enough storage. I'd definitely stay there again when sailing. The man at check in was very nice.

We stayed for just a night and the location was spectacular. A short trip gets you to the port but the property has the charm and personality of a beautiful ranch style farm resort. We ate at the restaurant and absolutely loved it as well.

We were there for 2 days before the cruise.

We were there for 2 days before the cruise. The restaurants along the beach seem to be tourist traps. The Sealovers House is where we stayed, was disappointing. No hot water and a broken elevator on the 3rd floor. The MyLord restaurant was a fail. My pasta was so salty I couldn't eat it. The waiter didn't care. I feel like the area is taking advantage of a good thing they have at the port,for consumers. On a good note, the waterfront is beautiful. Convenient for a cruise out of Rome. Good Luck!

This was my third time to Civitavecchia but my second time...

This was my third time to Civitavecchia but my second time staying here for one overnight night before departing on a cruise. Civitavecchia is a charming and safe city. Both of my stays were just a few blocks from the water front. I love the charm of it all and would stay here again. Check on a map for the location of your hotel before you book so you can be sure you are in an area that suits your needs.

Great location for a pre cruise stay. You have to be in shape for the stairs! The setup to get in was horrendous. Room was big, bed comfortable (queen), bathroom good. It's a 4 bedroom apartment with a communal kitchen/ eating area.

Very nice hotel, staff were very friendly. The room was clean but small but that was expected in Italy as this was the same on previous trips in Italy. Alessandro was amazing arranging our ride to the airport as well as a limo service to Rome when we complete our cruise. It was also very nice to have a restaurant at the hotel. The menu was very good for dinner. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

What can we say about this hotel? It was Brilliant! The location was perfect for us since we were using the cruise port. Our room was fantastic, and the kitchen area Excellent. The new patio was amazing too. As for the owners Piero and Maria, they were super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We totally recommend booking here if you're thinking of staying in Civitavecchia!

Spotless and convenient accommodation for my last-minute booking. Close to the train, I could get to Rome easily. Quiet street but close to bars and restaurants, and a short walk to the marina and the city centre of Civitavecchia.

Secret Jem in Port of Rome. The entrance is off a fenced off courtyard where you need to press the buzzer to get access to the Hotel/ B&B. The cruise shuttle bus pick up is 150m at the end of the street. Thank you La Formica.
